Customer Reviews
I recently had an appalling experience at the Four Seasons Baltimore that has completely destroyed my trust in this establishment. I was stuck in their elevator for over an hour while trying to visit and make an appointment at the spa for my wife’s birthday. What should have been a relaxing and celebratory day turned into a nightmare.
After finally being rescued, management approached us to offer their contact information and promised follow-up. At the time, I was hopeful that this would be handled with the level of care and professionalism one would expect from a luxury brand. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I have since emailed the manager twice with no response. The complete disregard for my situation and lack of accountability is unacceptable.
As someone who has been a loyal customer of this Four Seasons location—frequently dining at their restaurants and utilizing other services—I am deeply disappointed by their failure to address this incident. Not only did this experience ruin my wife’s birthday, but their indifference in the aftermath has made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority.
This level of lack of care is disgraceful for a brand that claims to pride itself on luxury and exceptional service. If they can’t handle a major issue like this, it’s hard to trust them with anything. If they can’t even have the decency to respond to a customer who endured such a distressing experience on their property, it’s hard to believe they care at all about their guests.

I’d like to commend the entire staff at the Four Seasons Baltimore for their outstanding service. From the valet team and front desk to room service, management, and housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. My wife and I celebrated her birthday and our 4th wedding anniversary, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional.
From the moment we made our reservation to check-in and check-out, we received impeccable customer service. It felt as though we were the only guests in the hotel—the staff catered to our every need with such attention and care.
The room, the views, and the services were all top-notch! We’re already looking forward to our next stay, and hopefully, we’ll get to experience the Executive Suite next time. If you’re ever in the Baltimore area, do yourself a favor and book a stay at the Four Seasons. You will not be disappointed!
Job well done, and thank you for making our celebration so special!

Yep it’s a hotel. Bed was rectangular with sheets and a comforter. Bathroom had sink, toilet, shower, and tub all with hot and cold water. Towels were white and nearly folded. Lobby has a front desk with nice people who happily took my credit card and quickly gave me a room key. Elevator with sufficient buttons that all worked as expected. Light switch in the room was kinda hard to find but given that I was pretty drunk that could have been my issue. Parking was a bit confusing (no I was not drunk at that stage of this operation) but the QR payment system worked well enough. Overall, if you need a place to pass out for any length of time this is a viable option for this area.
Jake Marshak

Quick, friendly check-in and check-out. Spotless throughout, including the cleanest parking garage I’ve ever seen. The room was quiet and very comfortable. The bathroom was enormous. Thoughtful touches throughout the room. Breakfast at Maximon was very good.

Four Seasons Baltimore was outstanding and is absolutely worth the booking if you are in the area! We stayed one night for the Red Sox/Orioles game (as a staycation since we live in the DC area) and everything about our stay was perfect. We arrived at 3:30 and our room wasn’t ready but the manager invited us for appetizers and drinks while the room was finished. Food and beverage in the bar were great. We stayed in an executive suite (1624) and the room was awesome with a personal note from the staff and a nice bottle of wine. Probably one of the most comfortable bed/pillow combinations we’ve ever had (in over 100 countries). 80 minute massage was spot-on and highly recommended. We had Sunday Brunch and it also did not disappoint. From our experience, you can always count on Four Seasons to provide the best accommodations and customer service in the hotel industry. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My group booked the VIP package and it was certainly worth it. We had a great night, enjoyed the food, loved the entertainment, and service was great! If you’re looking for a unique dining experience I recommend checking this place out.
Nessa P

I have been wanting to come to one of these for years so today I spontaneously bought a solo ticket and picked the VIP package because why not. I was a little nervous to go alone but my section was so fun and the people around me were great. I got to sit in the front row and my team was the blue knight, who was super engaging and had great energy. The best part of the show was when our blue knight won! The atmosphere felt like our section had won the World Series lol. The food was surprisingly good and a unique experience. The horses were adorable, so well-behaved and impressive to watch. All-around, the impulse purchase turned out to be money well spent and I would highly recommend it as a date night or go solo!
Kara

Had a great time celebrating our friend’s birthday. I had not been to one of these in nearly 30 years, and I don’t know why it took so long to return. We are regulars at the Maryland Renaissance Festival, so we had to go to this in garb.
The show was great, wonderful horsemanship and very skilled performers.
The food was very good, the only thing I didn’t care for was the eclair for desert. My wife had the vegan option, and loved it.
The facility is very nice and well cared for, and the staff was outstanding, friendly and outgoing.
Nathan Brown

Fun atmosphere, very family friendly! The only drawback was space seating at the tables. You’re literally elbow to elbow with your neighbor. If you use the promo code online and then decide to upgrade it takes the promo off and you end up paying full price thinking you got the.deal so check your receipt!
Arlene Patel

I’ve given the food a 5, because, we were all pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of food. You cannot expect more for what this show is to be honest, and the chicken had a good flavour and was well cooked. The sweetcorn was too soft for me but can’t win them all.
Show was great for the kids who really got into it.
Well run experience.

So this was my first time at the Power Plant. A group of ️ us came for happy hour/ karaoke. We were at the Bait Beer Garden. Now Friday night was very cold and you would think that the establishment would want their customers to be comfortable with dining and enjoying the entertainment. That was far from the truth. Everyone even the staff were walking around with hayt and coats on as they were serving you. That doesn’t give comfortable to me. If your staff isn’t comfortable then they cannot efficiently service your guess properly. So myself and another customer sitting at the bar. Ordered the same thing chicken strips and fries. When our food arrived being delivered by your waitress in a coat and hat. Our food was just as cold as she was. I put in a request of the bartenders to go and get the manager for me. Ms Adriana the manager that was there Friday night cam. Her body language spoke volumes to us. I ask Ms Adrian does she not see how her customers and her staff are so uncomfortable in this environment. Can she possibly close the front doors and turn the heat on. She looked at me with this smug look with a drink in her hand and says. “The heat is on and I cannot control it. It’s completely out of my power I’m sorry” I said I understand you’re telling me it’s on but it’s evident to your customers and your staff that it’s not enough it’s insufficient for the weather we’re having tonight and the door is closed. And I said then where is the consistent cold wind coming from, maybe from the kitchen where my cold food came out of. She walks away as tho I was bothering her. The DJ kept hyper drink make sure you get your drinks. Take care of your bartenders and they’re going to take care of you.! To keep his spot he is going to promote drunkenness because drunk people are unaware of unacceptable customer service and deplorable environments. This establishment gets nothing else from me.
Natasha Wills

Conveniently downtown, but outside, so weather permitting it’ll be a good time. Sound could use a fine tuning.

It’s a popular venue known for its multiple bars, restaurants, and entertainment options, making it a great spot for a night out. During UFC events, they often have drink specials and promotions to enhance the viewing experience. The atmosphere is energetic, with large screens and plenty of seating to ensure you can enjoy the fights comfortably.

Stopped in before a concert. Service was fantastic and hostess/waitress were both very friendly and great servers. Food was just ok. Shrimp were very good. French fries wrre on the cold side. Salmom and veggies tasted ok – but tasted prefroze. I love that the restaurant is walking distance from tge CFG arena.
Noemi Crespo Rice

We either we’re too hungry or this place actually is that good! Everything we ordered came out delicious. We tried the wings, salmon BLT, burger, pretzel and fried pickles. The only negative thing I can say is that the fried pickles were a little too salty. Other than that I highly recommend especially for a late night food spot after a baseball game.
Fatin A.

Server was really nice and friendly. We did not like that he was working the outside tables and inside. You have to spend more time outside in case tables try to walk or others come so the inside guest have to wait. We had the blackened chicken pasta, huge portion. I would rate it a 5 but it could’ve had a tiny bit more flavor. The chicken bites (Thai) were good. In the section where we were seated there was something dripping from the ceiling to a nearby table. I watched it as I waited. Not a large menu, but I would go back.

I decided to stop by the Pratt Street Ale House this evening for dinner, because it was within just two blocks from my hotel. This is a popular sports bar that is close to the Oriole Park at Camden Yards and the Baltimore Convention Center.
I ordered their fish and chips for dinner, and choose to watch the baseball game in the bar area. This sports bar was not busy and I didn’t have any wait. My fish and chips was seasoned very well and it was a large portion. Lastly, I was given a military discount of my meal which was a pleasant surprise.
Drew P

We decided to have dinner here after the tow show as we have every year we attend. The food wasn’t that good this time. The nachos were mainly chips, chicken barely fit on the buns, burger was basic, bbq pork was on a plain hamburger bun and the crab mac and cheese was so small we thought it was a child serving for $27.99. (I wouldn’t mind spending the money if it was a larger serving)We will definitely be finding a new place to eat next year!

Great theater. The only down side is a lot of the patrons aren’t theater people and treat it like a ballgame. The show isn’t over yet and people are heading to the door. They can’t even wait for the actors to take a bow.
The neighborhood needs some revitalization. But the theater is great.

My first visit to this historic theater to see Avatar in Concert. Sat in the Grand suite and had access to the VIP lounge (great seats, and great amenities) Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Very convenient to arrive and leave the parking garage.

It took me into another world. I felt so fancy and classy. Everything there was so upper class feeling. My camera was just clicking away. This venue made the perfect setting for my handsome and I. Because we love live performances, I’m sure we’ll return.
Kelle Pressley

My first time there and I was very impressed. Nice downtown location and easy to get to. There’s a parking garage connected to the facility with elevators that put you right at the door. Easy in and out. The facility looks very modern as it’s very clean and you can tell it’s been updated/maintained very well. Staff was very friendly and concessions were available at reasonable prices.

Great experience! Seats are but tight and not much space to move but they let you bring the snacks you buy from then inside, so that’s great!

Very neat community vibe at this food court. Great indoor and outdoor seating areas to choose from after you make a difficult choice of amazing vendors for something to eat and drink. I couldn’t choose so had a good sampling from two spots.
There was not a ton of parking options, but they do have a small fee lot to check before finding something on the street.

We absolutely LOVE it here!! It’s always so challenging to make a final decision on what type of food you want to eat that moment. It all looks and is amazing!!
This time we went with jambalaya from creole soul restaurant, sushi from Hilo, and the Dominican platter and a wild berry lemonade from Tio G’s.
We shared our meals across the table and ended the meal with mouth watering beignets from creole soul restaurant!
Stop by and indulge in any style meal you wish! The atmosphere is chill and inviting. The people are warm and welcoming. It’s just a fantastic spot all around!!

Excellent Food court and bar concept. Kinda like a food truck court but inside. Plenty of seating inside and out. I think there are 9 different food outlets and a bar with a very good tap selection. Lots of families and a section for kids.
Michael Houlihan

Matt is my favorite bartender in the city! He remembers what I drink, and wonders where I’ve been if he hasn’t seen me. Decent food options…the popup stall always has something interesting. Jazz night and trivia night are fun too.
Sequinta Hill

Loved this place. While visiting from Arizona my friend took me here. A great mix of different, non-chain, food vendors. Kinda like a mall food court, but GOOD. I ended up with some excellent pizza and my friend had a delish protein bowl. The space is def more on the cold & modern industrial side of design. Everything was clean. There is a variety of different seating areas, accommodating everything from a couple, to a group.

This movie theaters and went downhill Bay. Took my son to see sonic today now the movie was sold out OK with someone in our seats .. so I asked them nicely to get out our seat. They did not move so I asked to talk to the manager some so he asked us for our tickets we gave it along. He went down there and was like I can’t do nothing about it. I said what you mean you can’t do nothing about someone sitting in our seat that we paid to see sonic movie today I’m sorry I can’t do nothing about it that someone is sitting in your seat so then I asked the manager for a refund. I’m sorry I can’t give you a refund when I mean to tell you my son was so pissed off. He cannot see his favorite sonic movie today I would never return to this movie theaters ever again basically over $60 went down the drain cause my son couldn’t see his favorite movie today. Well I spent over $60 because he got the popcorn bucket and some other stuff that he loved of sonic just do not make no sense

So I really like this theater. It’s super convenient and centrally located near plenty of great restaurants. My only complaint is that the ladies restroom is ALWAYS a mess when I need to use it. I have to pass atleast 8 stalls before I can a clean one with a working latch. Tonight was no different. Only this time the clean stalls lock was broken. I just had to pray no one opened the door while I was inside. They send 4-6 people in to clean a theater after a show. They need to do the same with restroom. With the amount of kids that go into the bathrooms, it definitely needs to be monitored more often. I truly hope grown women aren’t leaving behind the chaos that I’ve seen.

Went yesterday for Gladiator II, and was deeply disappointed with the wait time for the food and lack of organization. We had to wait about a half hour to get popcorn and wait in a mosh pit of people all waiting for their orders. There was no microphone or screens to announce the order number, just the workers calling out the number. I honestly felt bad for the workers because this system appeared overwhelming for them and just not smoothly running. After our wait, we finally got the theater. Outside the theater were piles of garbage bags that hadn’t been taken out. My partner’s chair was broken and wouldn’t recline. It is really a shame that the theater has really gone downhill in the last few years. Maybe it has to do with being understaffed, but nonetheless, it was unfortunate to see the facility in poor upkeep.

I can’t say enough about how much my family and I enjoy this theater. For almost two decades I avoided this movie theater (when it was formerly Movies 10 and Regal Cinemas) because it had gone so far downhill. The new ownership (not so new anymore) invested quite a bit of money and really turned this into a wonderful place to see a movie. We have grown accustomed to having to go outside the community, to places like White Marsh for most of our dining, shopping, and entertainment needs. But this theater is far superior to the one in White Marsh in terms of cost, cleanliness, customer service, and seating. This place is an absolute gem!
Christopher C

Very clean, modern, and comfortable movie theater. Seen a movie last night 11/12/24, and practically had the entire theater to myself. It’s a shame they aren’t getting more business, because it’s quite worth it. The ticket price, the working recliner seats, the cleanliness, are just a few reasons I’ll definitely be back.
Brandon Muffoletto

Didn’t know this theater had been remodeled until a coworker told me, so I decided to check it out. Loved the small theater atmosphere, and not a big crowd. Will surely visit often.
Rhonda Jester

Probably the best movie theater around, It’s cheap and never crowded unlike White Marsh. Also love the reclining seats
Evan Cortez yancey

This is my 2nd time here in over 30 years. I love the seats and room between the rows. People can still walk by when the seat reclines. The soda area was a mess. Soda on the floor and counter. However, I did leave shortly after the movie started, and the staff was cleaning up.

We had a party in the Great Ballroom. The room was nice, the staff were good, and the food was decent.
The only complaint was that the signage was a bit lacking; they have a bunch of buildings/venues on the resort grounds, and it wasn’t totally clear where we needed to go.
Jonathan Sauder

This was the fourth year we celebrated our Company Holiday Party at Turf Valley. The venue, the food and the service have always been great. They make it easy and my employees love it. The management is attentive and the food and bar staff were excellent. We already scheduled our next event.

100% recommend this fine establishment. Stayed here earlier this year, though prompted to review given recent events. My room was clean, and the service was great. In addition, the Mangione family seems to be of the highest morals. We need more families like them in America!
Aaron Scarpa

We booked this place to have a nice room to go to after dinner at Tersiguel in Ellicott City. Check in was easy, staff friendly, the live music in the lobby bar was nice. We saw that the conference room was very booked with many holiday parties. The room was nice, well furnished, and clean. Comfortable bed.
However, we heard a dog barking for over an hour and after 9pm I called the front desk. They sent security to that room and the barking stopped. Then the room above us had constant bangs, thuds, sliding noises, and running back and forth for the next two hours. It sounded like a wrestling match. I went back to the front desk and they moved us to another room. At first, that room was okay with just hearing the neighbor room’s conversation. Then at 11:30 pm, a huge party started at the room directly behind the bed. That lasted until 3:00 am. Laying in bed listening to drunks singing Can You Take Me Higher by Creed at 2:00 a.m. was not okay for a room that was $250 a night.
I’ve stayed at loud hotels. We had a hotel in the middle of Glasgow that was surrounded by soccer fan hoards in the streets. That hotel was easier to sleep in than this one. We got better sleep at $80 a night hotel the night before in Delaware.
Incredibly thin walls. Ear plugs did nothing. If you are a light sleeper, do not bother booking. We will not be back.
Kristen Ross

Hotel is beautiful, but if you are in a connecting room and you are not connected with the people on the other side be prepared to hear their conversations, television, etc. and they yours as there appears to be zero sound proofing between rooms. Can you hear them open the mini fridge – yes. You literally will hear everything even if they are not overly noisy the walls are paper thin. You will also hear everything from the parking lot.

Great restaurant with amazing food. The staff are very friendly. Cubano sandwich was great. The carne asada steak was incredible but the portion was small, I’d guess they give 3-4 ounces of steak. Rice was okay. Birria tacos were really good. The avocado rolls are a good appetizer. Very reasonable prices too compared to the other restaurants.

Always an awesome spot. Has been for the two decades I’ve been coming here. The Cuban sandwich is legit. The empanada is legit. The nachos are good, not the best but definitely a crowd pleaser. All day brunch choices are excellent. My mom said the margaritas are the best!

Vegan food was delicious. Quite a few options to choose from and the tofu pozole was .
Was expecting a little spicier Jerk veggie bowl but was on the sweeter coconut side (still beautiful)
Bean soup was classic, authentic Latin black beans that went well with rice.
The vegan flan was not so impressive though.

It definitely has more of a bar vibe than a restaurant vibe – at least on Friday night. It’s pretty noisy. So depending what you’re looking for it may or may not fit the bill.
There was a wait for outdoor seating when we arrived, but not for indoor.
The prices are steep, but not outrageous, especially considering the location.
Service was a bit slow. And one of the servers delivered a plate a little haphazardly, spilled sauce on the table, and didn’t clean it up. I also asked to have my refried black beans swapped for regular, the server indicated that was possible, but then they brought me refried anyway. So I wasn’t impressed with that aspect – even though our server was very friendly.
The food was really good.

Delicious food, served fast at a beautiful location. Try the Seafood Paella with chorizo. Huge portions. Great cocktails. Friendly team.
