I have the monthly subscription so I receive a fresh and unique arrangement once a month. They are always beautiful! I have attached a few pics to show. They took the time to understand my vision and if there was ever an issue, the owner resolved it right away. The customer service she and her team delivers is amazing. In between the fresh arrangements, i requested a few custom faux arrangements to have and they were able to accommodate my request. I have also ordered arrangements delivered as gifts and i love that you can add on a bottle and gift cards or treats from local businesses. If I could give this company no stars I would very unprofessional ,very delayed ,very mis informative lack of costumer service skills and the list goes on and on I decided to treat myself to a new bedroom set after 10 years and why oh why did I choose here . They were ok when it came to items being picked but once it came to delivery the items I had to wait out a week later to receive my new bedroom set I never was told in store they don’t assemble your Funiture once it’s delivered . I found out once they delivered the items they couldn’t. they couldn’t get all the Funiture up the stairs while in boxes and claim they didn’t have time for me to open the boxes for them to take the items up out the boxes . so they left my head board down stairs in my living room area ,I found out only once they got to my home that my two night stands were on back order and i had to wait an addition week to receive those only to receive those the following Wednesday (that I had to call off work for ) cause they didn’t have a Monday available when I was actually scheduled off . The drivers delivered the items weds morning literally drop the items off to the designated area and stormed out of my home . as soon as I locked the door of my home I went in my room to unwrap the night stands to discover both were shattered and broken . I called the driver back and he told me he couldn’t come back to pick the items up he wasn’t in the area anymore after literally just leaving my home not even 5 mins later . I’ve been contacting them for a week now trying to get these items replaced or my funds back and no one has reached back out .they keep saying the costumer service manager Melody will call me back and she hasn’t , I emailed the Company ,called the company ,even text the costumer service number and haven’t heard back anything . I was giving wrong information in regards to the first email from one of the store members there . I truly regret going here and wish i would’ve stuck to value city on mountain road for all my Funiture needs pictures below of the Funiture I’m left with after kicking out lots of money to this Bussiness.

Honestly, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future! Out of all the negative things people have said about this company over the years I could never relate to them until now. I ordered furniture on 4/12/24 which included a dining room set that was delivered on 4/17/24. I wasn’t notified beforehand that the set I picked had chairs on back order until the delivery team told me during the delivery of my furniture….SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Here it is I’m thinking back order means the chairs are coming within a few days like approximately the following week however it’s June 30th and still no chairs like can you believe it?! well I can’t either. To add insult to injury the same chairs are right on Amazon and are available for delivery within days! You would’ve thought that maybe they would have ordered me some from there since I’ve waited so long but that’s too much like right, I guess smh. I have called the store multiple times they have even called the warehouse and all I have gotten are a bunch of false promises such as delivery dates, speaking with a general manager as well as getting a refund and still nothing. I have a dining room table sitting in my dining room with no chairs. I do not recommend doing business with this company because they do not value their customers well enough for me. Never Again.

I got married in October and needed a dress within 2 weeks. I can’t remember my stylist name but she is part time, short black women, with an amazing personality. I was nervous being plus size but she related and made me feel at ease. Wonderful store and great staff all around from sales to alterations.

I ordered my dress online through Birdy Gray originally, but only left myself a week and a half for Alterations. When I showed up, I was served quickly at Alterations both times for the initial fitting and for the final fitting. I did have to pay a rush fee since I dropped off and picked up within 1 week, but I will definitely be coming back for any alterations need as the staff was very helpful and polite. Sound Garden is great record store – one of the best I’ve ever been to and certainly the best in Baltimore! The selection changes fast and there is always something to find (just takes some searching). If you’re new in town and a fan of music, make sure to stop by! I just had an outstanding online experience with them via their Amazon store. Their customer service communication was very friendly and so.accurately detailed. They were quick to reply to my questions. When the item arrived it came quickly and was securely packaged professionally with thank you card and sticker inside. Item was in better shape than promised. They did not try to price gouge the price on a collectable out of print item as many sellers on auction and sake sites do. I love this store. I found it the first time I visited Baltimore back in 2010 and visit every time I am in the city. Great selection, very friendly staff and good prices. I picked up a few rarities this time that I have never seen before, including a rare Neil Young “grey area” CD boxed set for a fraction of the Discogs median price for it and an amazing Bardo Pond 2LP set for $15! The staff was very helpful too when I inquired about some Record Store Day titles that never made it to Canada as well. I wish this store was closer than a seven hour drive away!

A great Sunday morning destination for the family. The stalls have gotten more expensive and less focused on the core competencies of a farmer’s market, but I’ve never regretted taking the time to go. Over the years, it’s become a weekly tradition for my husband & I to go to the farmers market under 83bon Sundays. It’s probably my favorite thing about living in Baltimore. We are truly lucky to have it. You can find amazing fresh produce, meats, dairy products etc. here for reasonable prices. The atmosphere is so fun & very family friendly. Be sure to get there early because parking can be a bit crazy now.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Baltimore Farmers Market for the first time this past weekend, and it was an incredible experience. The market features a wide variety of vendors selling fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as a fantastic selection of plants and flowers, also fresh meat and seafood, all at great prices.
The atmosphere was wonderfully welcoming, with friendly and kind people everywhere. One highlight was the food and drinks area, where I enjoyed an extremely delicious and refreshing strawberry lemonade from Little Italy Sausage Co.
The market also caters to families with children. There was a delightful section for kids that included hula hoops and a lively entertainer interacting with them. Additionally, there was another station featuring a man with a drum set and various musical toys, allowing kids to play along to music. It was such a cute idea, and the children were having an absolute blast.
I highly recommend this market, but be sure to arrive early as they close at 12 PM. Don’t forget to bring a bag or basket for your purchases. If you do forget, you can buy one there or get a complimentary bag at the welcome tent.

We did not purchase the ring here but I felt uneasy sending the ring through the mail for resizing and wanted to find a local jeweler who could size my finger and resize my ring in person. Staff are very nice and were very kind in letting me return a harness that did not fit my dog. LOTS of healthy/natural snacks and meals for dogs. Howl staff were so helpful when I stopped in the other day to pick up a very large dog crate. They helped me get it down all the way from the top shelf, and that’s definitely above and beyond when it’s a 42” giant heavy box requiring a ladder and two people to retrieve. Just stopped past Tom’s Tropical about 2 hours ago. They have a great selection of peacock cichlids, haps, and some very large very large angelfish. The tanks are very beautiful and clean. Very healthy looking fish. And courteous staff. This place has a large selection of fresh fish of all sizes with all items needed for tank care and setup. They also have reptiles such as lizards, snakes and turtles. With an addition to birds and small furry animals.
In addition to the animals this place and an amazing assortment of taxidermy on the walls and the back area.

This place is the bomb! I live a half hour away and still come here for my snakes food. They are super friendly and helpful! Whenever I bring my 7 year old son they ask if he wants to hold something.
