i could truly say so many good things about my experience at the Eastern Ave location! The front desk staff has always been so welcoming and understanding. Laura and Giselle are always so pleasant when you enter the office, so nice!!! I’m a night shift nurse so my schedule is definitely a little different than most, and they are always so accommodating and understanding about having to reschedule or showing up a little late! The little relationships you form with the staff is one of the best parts of this office. Recovering from an accident is not a good time at all, but the jokes and positive conversations w the staff definitely help a lot. Dr. Chelsea has been amazing, she is very attentive and listens to exactly how i’m feeling during each appointment. You can tell she really enjoys what she does! She’s always keeping a light hearted environment and bubbly personality through your evaluations & adjustments. I can’t stress enough how amazing my experience has been here!

The service provided by True Sports Physical Therapy in the last two months has given me relief and new strength in a muscular issue with my left shoulder which has plagued me for years.

The information I have gleamed and the stretches and exercises I have been given will continue to aid in my recovery.

Without this service, I would not have the mobility and strength that I am regaining in this recovery process.

Thank-you very much True Sports and your dedicated employees who actively and positively work to restore my health.

I randomly found True Sports via a Google search, and I am so glad I did. They paired me with Sarah Musselman, who just happens to be an absolutely incredible physical therapist. I was in a bad motorcycle accident and fractured my left collarbone, leaving my left arm pretty useless for weeks. Sarah listened to my goals and was able to help me achieve them starting on my very first appointment! After one month of physical therapy, I almost have 100% range of motion back already and that is due mostly to Sarah’s expertise and support. The True Sports app makes it so easy to know what exercises you are supposed to be doing at home and how to properly complete them. The Bare Hills location is great with easy parking and a fun vibe. I am super grateful to Sarah and True Sports for helping me get my life back, and definitely recommend them to anyone who is seeking physical therapy after an accident.

Incredibly pleased to have found Josh at True Sports PT in Fells. His assessment was very thorough and he helped me truly understand the anatomy malfunction that was causing my pain. I feel completely comfortable with his plan for recovery and am already feeling stronger with pain improvement after only 1 week! It is a huge relief to have a PT as kind as he is knowledgeable. I know I am in the hands of an expert and am so excited to see my progress!

Could barely get an appointment which prolonged my recovery. The office also smelt like a sweaty locker room. I had a copay through my insurance, but True Sports charges an additional $15/visit “Performance Fee” on top of my copay to cover supplemental treatments and 1 on 1 service. Other offices and people I have shared this with said that’s likely against healthcare policy where the costs are set by the insurance company for in network care. I have found that any other PT offices will offer these “additional” services for just my copay.

The only positive was the PT doctor I worked with. She was very nice and knowledgeable.

Dr. Andrew is AMAZING, as are all of the PT’s my son is currently working with. You can get scheduled FAST, and they schedule your entire care plan out with you. They have text reminders, which I love, which makes it very easy to reschedule as needed. They even have an APP that you/your family can use to keep up with exercises at home!

I feel so incredibly lucky to have found Dr Maks. I came to him in a truly awful state and he managed to get things back on track unbelievably quickly. Not sure if it was magic, a miracle, or just insane amounts of talent. His knowledge and genuine desire to help sets Physica Medica apart. I cannot recommend Dr Maks enough. I’ve been to physio before but this is next level.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Maks Birikov regularly for the past six months, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. I initially came to him with a pinched nerve in my back that left me in excruciating pain—I couldn’t even stand upright. Dr. Maks’ expertise was evident from the start. He guided me through a recovery process that included targeted stretching exercises, cupping, and dry needling. Thanks to his care, I was able to recover fully.

After my injury healed, I continued seeing Dr. Maks for maintenance, and I’m so glad I did. He has helped me strengthen my core and counseled me on aspects of fitness and longevity that I hadn’t previously considered. I appreciate his professionalism, the depth of his holistic approach, and the thoughtful advice he provides during every session. If you’re looking for a physical therapist who goes above and beyond, Dr. Maks is the one to see.

Dr. Maks Birikov is the best! I had sharp knee pain caused by running and exercise to the point where it hurt to walk. After being referred to Dr. Maks, he figured out a solution for me that cured the pain in under 2 months. His dry needling and stretching techniques were unlike any other PT I’ve been to or heard of before. I could tell he really was an expert and knew what he was doing every step of the way. His detailed explanations for what was causing my pain led to a perfect understanding of how the human body works in unison, and I’ve learned so much more from him along the way! Thanks Dr. Maks!!

I came in thinking my knee was going to need surgery, but Max relieved the tension and it feels like new! Im also hauling around a newborn and a toddler at the same time and i was totally out of wack. He helped me there too. And he even walked me through dry needling (something i was terrified of) and made me feel comfortable with trying it. Mac has a gentle yet funny personality that puts you at ease, and his professionalism and expertise make you feel a million times better. Ill go to him forever.

Austin Mowrey has excellent bedside manner and was very compassionate about my unique condition and limitations. He was very upfront about what he expects the future of my physical therapy care will look like. I am excited to work with him through my physical therapy journey!

The only downside I have to note is that Physical Therapy First evening appointments are limited due to the popularity of the time slot, but I believe that is a testament to how successful they are; and, I am very grateful that they have evenings as an option, which is very convenient for patients with chronic conditions that have to work. There is a reason the reviews are so overwhelming positive!

The therapists are awesome! Especially Grayland. (I think that’s the correct spelling) He’s attentive, thorough, kind, and has a great sense of humor. I’m an older woman and sometimes run into a condescending attitude with healthcare workers–but not with him. I broke both my ankles in a fall and have been dealing with some pain, and I enjoyed our conversations as much as my treatments. Also, I loved the follow-up emails with information about my issues. I highly recommend Physical Therapy First.”

I have had an amazing experience at Mt. Washington FX. Anthony has helped me work through a hip injury I have been facing for years, and even helped me work out some other nagging issues I had in my neck and elbow. Also would like to thank Kelsey for mobility and strengthening exercises which I still use daily before my workouts. Working with these two in the weeks after I turned 40 has given me a positive outlook on my future.

FX at Mt Washington is stellar. I’ve been working with Anthony Amechi, DPT for several months and have referred so many friends and family to him. Very hands on, explains what’s going on in your body so you really understand, and genuinely cares about not just alleviating pain but increasing functionality in your body. I’m also very impressed by the obvious desire to tackle complex health problems and adjust course in real time according to symptom changes. I’ve never been to a PT practice that pairs you with a single PT the entire time and it’s been a great experience. Highly recommend!

Went here for 1 month after a knee surgery. The staff is well intended but this whole practice was unqualified for a simple ACL rehab. One month with my surgeon and he told me I was falling behind recovering and thankfully made me switch to another PT clinic. And new PT was shocked at what I was and was not doing at this place.

I had a kind therapist Eagle but was admittedly lured by the convenience of a free shuttle. If you take your recovery seriously, go somewhere else.

I was eating lunch when Ana Foxx came to my apartment building to introduce Eagle Physical Therapy. She was very patient and attentive to detail. She got my attention. I signed up to later learn that the entire Eagle staff were patient and eager to help the community heal. I progressed from dragging and stumbling so fast that I left too soon thinking that I was super. Now I realize that I must internalize and better practice at home what I’m learning from Eagle. I need to return to Eagle for reenforcement.

A very nice greeting and good first day energy. My therapist so patient with me responding to her questions, meaning, I had to think a little more about my answers. Looking forward to going back.

I can’t say enough good things about Mike Sanchez! He’s awesome. I went for pre-hab prior to knee replacement surgery. I don’t feel as nervous now and know I will be in good hands after the surgery.

Jake has been an absolute ANGEL. Though I’ve only had the pleasure of working with him a few times, I’ve learned that he has a passion for helping people. He is kind, compassionate, considerate, gentle, and is incredibly well-versed on all things physical therapy. Unfortunately for us, he will be leaving soon. I nearly cried when he told me today. I’m going to miss him terribly. Whoever gets the pleasure of working with him in the future will be incredibly lucky! You are in GREAT hands with him. I’m so blessed to have had the opportunity to have been treated by him! I walk out of my appointments feeling so much better than I did when I walked in. Jake, you will TRULY be missed! Wishing you all the best in all of your future endeavors- go have a great life with Brinley!
