I have had an amazing experience at Mt. Washington FX. Anthony has helped me work through a hip injury I have been facing for years, and even helped me work out some other nagging issues I had in my neck and elbow. Also would like to thank Kelsey for mobility and strengthening exercises which I still use daily before my workouts. Working with these two in the weeks after I turned 40 has given me a positive outlook on my future.

Excellent facility with skilled physicians. Anthony was excellent to work with as I recovered from an ankle injury. He was an excellent listener, encouraging through the process, always brought a positive attitude to our sessions and taught me new techniques for recovery and beyond. Can’t recommend this place enough. Parking and location were also highly convenient. And scheduling was easy and consistent.

FX at Mt Washington is stellar. I’ve been working with Anthony Amechi, DPT for several months and have referred so many friends and family to him. Very hands on, explains what’s going on in your body so you really understand, and genuinely cares about not just alleviating pain but increasing functionality in your body. I’m also very impressed by the obvious desire to tackle complex health problems and adjust course in real time according to symptom changes. I’ve never been to a PT practice that pairs you with a single PT the entire time and it’s been a great experience. Highly recommend!
