I feel so incredibly lucky to have found Dr Maks. I came to him in a truly awful state and he managed to get things back on track unbelievably quickly. Not sure if it was magic, a miracle, or just insane amounts of talent. His knowledge and genuine desire to help sets Physica Medica apart. I cannot recommend Dr Maks enough. I’ve been to physio before but this is next level.

I've been seeing Dr. Maks Birikov regularly for the past six months, and I can't recommend him highly enough. I initially came to him with a pinched nerve in my back that left me in excruciating pain—I couldn't even stand upright. Dr. Maks' expertise was evident from the start. He guided me through a recovery process that included targeted stretching exercises, cupping, and dry needling. Thanks to his care, I was able to recover fully.
After my injury healed, I continued seeing Dr. Maks for maintenance, and I'm so glad I did. He has helped me strengthen my core and counseled me on aspects of fitness and longevity that I hadn't previously considered. I appreciate his professionalism, the depth of his holistic approach, and the thoughtful advice he provides during every session. Dr. Maks Birikov is the best! I had sharp knee pain caused by running and exercise to the point where it hurt to walk. After being referred to Dr. Maks, he figured out a solution for me that cured the pain in under 2 months. His dry needling and stretching techniques were unlike any other PT I’ve been to or heard of before. I could tell he really was an expert and knew what he was doing every step of the way. His detailed explanations for what was causing my pain led to a perfect understanding of how the human body works in unison, and I’ve learned so much more from him along the way! Thanks Dr. Maks!!

I came in thinking my knee was going to need surgery, but Max relieved the tension and it feels like new! Im also hauling around a newborn and a toddler at the same time and i was totally out of wack. He helped me there too. And he even walked me through dry needling (something i was terrified of) and made me feel comfortable with trying it. Mac has a gentle yet funny personality that puts you at ease, and his professionalism and expertise make you feel a million times better. Ill go to him forever.
