I have the monthly subscription so I receive a fresh and unique arrangement once a month. They are always beautiful! I have attached a few pics to show. They took the time to understand my vision and if there was ever an issue, the owner resolved it right away. The customer service she and her team delivers is amazing. In between the fresh arrangements, i requested a few custom faux arrangements to have and they were able to accommodate my request. I have also ordered arrangements delivered as gifts and i love that you can add on a bottle and gift cards or treats from local businesses. Last Friday, I was in a pinch as I needed a floral arrangement to give to the family of a client of mine. I explained that the family is Muslim and I wanted to honor the death of their beloved matriach who lived beyond 90 years old. I gave them my budget and they quickly put together a beautiful bouquet for me. Cathy explained that the business was transitioning to a new building and thanked me for climbing the stairs of the temporary space. Buying flowers for someone you care about who is far away and unwell is a challenging position to be in. That’s exactly what I was faced with when I called Fleur De Lis Florist on Monday afternoon. A dear friend of my family is currently in the care of Shock Trauma at USMC Hospital. After multiple calls to the hospital, I discovered they don’t have an in-house gift shop that delivers to patients, and nothing perishable could be received. I felt stumped, stressed, and discouraged as I called store after store without success. When I searched “best florist Baltimore,” Fleur De Lis Florist was the top result—and rightly so.
Rachel picked up with kindness, compassion, and attentiveness that shined through the phone. She helped me select a suitable gift, assured me it would be delivered to the correct location, and offered to call the hospital to confirm the room number. She spent 20 minutes on the phone with me, was kind enough to fulfill the request of providing a photo of the gift before it was delivered. I hung up feeling relieved, knowing they would handle everything.
When I called back to correct some information and change the card message, Nautica answered with the same warmth and understanding. I am truly impressed and touched! The gift exceeded my expectations and filled my heart with joy, knowing they could provide something beautiful for our loved one. Having worked for a florist before starting my career, I can’t recommend them enough❤️

I wanted something simple, sweet, and cheerful, but delicate for my Godmother’s funeral service and the arrangement was absolutely perfect. Beautifully done and they added a little touch of another color to set it off (at no extra cost). It was smaller (but surprisingly full and robust for the price, I expected something tiny) in comparison to the other displays people sent, but that’s only because I couldn’t afford much. However, mine was the most admired arrangement! Just couldn’t be more pleased with the quality and design!! Gorgeous and the person taking the order couldn’t have been nicer!!

I was sadly disappointed with this delivery, I bought my mother in law tulips as they are her favorite flowers for Mother’s Day, and they were delivered wilted and damaged. They were not pictured like the website online. I know the website states “bouquet will be delivered approximately as pictured”, however it did not even look slightly similar.
Edited- I changed my review to four stars because after a night of them being in water and cared for they have perked up more. Initially I was very disappointed, however the bouquets is beautiful the second day after receiving it.

Warning! This floral shop seems to have very good reviews which puzzles me. My experience with them was horrific. We selected this business to deliver a floral arrangement to the church for my ‘s Memorial service. They assured us that the arrangement would be there before the start of the service. That was a lie. In fact, people had started arriving to the church, and it still was not there. I called the company. You can imagine how upsetting this was not only did. They provide unprofessional uncaring service but they did not deliver what we paid for. I called and called them the day of the service and all they could tell me was that it was out For delivery. They left you on hold. They were very rude. What I think companies failed to realize is that people want what they pay for. Could anybody imagine going through this wanting things to be nice for your sister‘s funeral and dealing with a company that is subpar. The flower was delivered to the wrong address. Someone walked the floral arrangement up to the church after the service had started. It was not what we ordered, and it did not have the Beloved daughter sash that we paid for. To make matters worse, we found a dispute with the company and sent pictures of what they delivered against what was advertised on the website and they still would not return our money. It’s two months later and we are still trying to get our money back. That’s the least that they could do not only did they not deliver on time, but they delivered the wrong item and also did not have the sash. I would not recommend this company for anything. And I plan on letting everyone know. Do not take a chance with this company you will regret it.

We ordered the casket spray for my father’s funeral from Baltimore Blossoms, because they were recommended by the funeral home. I was very excited about the order, because the person that assisted me on the phone was friendly and competent. I wanted to customize a spray that they had on their website with different colors, and she said that they could accommodate my request. The price seemed in line with what we expected to pay ($350). However, the actual product that we received was disappointing. It was smaller than I expected for the price and the flowers were dull during the visitation (as pictured). On the next day for the funeral, many of the flowers were visibly wilting. Considering that the casket spray is front and center for the entire service, I was let down by how they turned out.

I know nothing about buying flowers, and I knew nothing about this particular shop prior to stopping in. the lady behind the register took the time to show me the various flower arrangements/options. They were busy, but she still gave me adequate attention and made sure I got what I was looking for. She calls stating they will be closing 4 hours early and if I’m not there my daughter and her Prom date will just have to go with out flowers. When we were planning our wedding Local Color Flowers was one of our venues recommended vendors and I am so glad they were because I don’t think we would have found them otherwise! We loved the hyper local aspect and that really sold us, along with Ellen being the absolute best. I gave her a color palate and a vision board and she totally ran with it. She was so understanding when our original venue cancelled on us, so we had to end our contract, only to sign back on once we secured a new venue that they also work with. Everyone complimented our flowers and they made our photos even more amazing. And they still look just as good preserved! When my husband and I were planning our wedding, we wanted to find a sustainable florist and we were so grateful to stumble upon Ellen and her amazing team at Local Color Flowers, where they source all of their flowers locally throughout the year. Local Color Flowers did my wedding flowers and they were absolutely perfect. They were super affordable. We got bouquets, boutonnières, a flower crown, loose flowers for hair, loose flowers for cake, a corsage, and flowers for our alter. Carling and Ellen were both super kind and responsive. We met and did a consultation where I described colors and textures, and asked for the inclusion of eucalyptus if possible. Keep in mind the flowers are locally sourced and you may not be able to get specific flowers, which was not a priority for me. I loved the inclusion of wheat, dried flowers, and herbs in my flowers.
