I stopped by on valentines day, looking to buy flowers. I know nothing about buying flowers, and I knew nothing about this particular shop prior to stopping in. the lady behind the register took the time to show me the various flower arrangements/options. They were busy, but she still gave me adequate attention and made sure I got what I was looking for. I was very satisfied with the customer service, as well as, with the beautiful, fresh bouquet of assorted flowers I purchased. I will certainly do business here again.

The older women that works there is so unprofessional and rude. She calls stating they will be closing 4 hours early and if I'm not there my daughter and her Prom date will just have to go with out flowers. She tell me this after 12 pm giving me less than 90 minutes to get there. She said they had a rough week. Her tone was matter of factly and unapologetic like I did something wrong as a customer. I use this place before, never will vist this place again.

I always use Pearson's Florist for flowers needed after a loved one passes away. I have NEVER been disappointed by any flower arrangement ever received. They are very talented and knowledgeable on flowers. My arrangements have ALWAYS been at the funeral home when me and my family arrives. I've never had a problem while dealing with Pearson's and I've been dealing with them since 2005 when I lost my brother..
