I couldn't be happier with this bouquet! The staff were friendly and very communicative. They successfully helped me achieve my goal of surprising my gf at work. I won't hesitate to utilize their services again. Also, i'm happy to support small black owned businesses!

I was sadly disappointed with this delivery, I bought my mother in law tulips as they are her favorite flowers for Mother’s Day, and they were delivered wilted and damaged. They were not pictured like the website online. I know the website states “bouquet will be delivered approximately as pictured”, however it did not even look slightly similar.
Edited- I changed my review to four stars because after a night of them being in water and cared for they have perked up more. Initially I was very disappointed, however the bouquets is beautiful the second day after receiving it.
Edited 12 May 21- I am extremely pleased with the customer service provided by this company. They exceeded my expectations and replaced the bouquet free of charge with a new one! Amazing customer service, I’m definitely going to use them again in the future. Thank you so much!!

Warning! This floral shop seems to have very good reviews which puzzles me. My experience with them was horrific. We selected this business to deliver a floral arrangement to the church for my ‘s Memorial service. They assured us that the arrangement would be there before the start of the service. That was a lie. In fact, people had started arriving to the church, and it still was not there. I called the company. You can imagine how upsetting this was not only did. They provide unprofessional uncaring service but they did not deliver what we paid for. I called and called them the day of the service and all they could tell me was that it was out For delivery. They left you on hold. They were very rude. What I think companies failed to realize is that people want what they pay for. Could anybody imagine going through this wanting things to be nice for your sister‘s funeral and dealing with a company that is subpar. The flower was delivered to the wrong address. Someone walked the floral arrangement up to the church after the service had started. It was not what we ordered, and it did not have the Beloved daughter sash that we paid for. To make matters worse, we found a dispute with the company and sent pictures of what they delivered against what was advertised on the website and they still would not return our money. It’s two months later and we are still trying to get our money back. That’s the least that they could do not only did they not deliver on time, but they delivered the wrong item and also did not have the sash. I would not recommend this company for anything. And I plan on letting everyone know. Do not take a chance with this company you will regret it.

We ordered the casket spray for my father's funeral from Baltimore Blossoms, because they were recommended by the funeral home. I was very excited about the order, because the person that assisted me on the phone was friendly and competent. I wanted to customize a spray that they had on their website with different colors, and she said that they could accommodate my request. The price seemed in line with what we expected to pay ($350). However, the actual product that we received was disappointing. It was smaller than I expected for the price and the flowers were dull during the visitation (as pictured). On the next day for the funeral, many of the flowers were visibly wilting. Considering that the casket spray is front and center for the entire service, I was let down by how they turned out.

Beautiful flowers and great customer service. Ordered these flowers to be delivered to my mom’s work and there was some confusion with the staff and delivery driver. The shop called me and asked if there was another address that it can be delivered to. Later that day my mother got her flowers and they didnt charge me an extra fee. Thank you!
