The store is remodeling, and they are starting to roll out the new parts of the store. I was impressed with the shoe area (and selection) and the ‘house of cleats’ area. I am sure it will be awesome in a few months. In spite of the construction and remodeling, they made the store comfortable to shop in and surprisingly clean. The service in the shoe area was very good, and the salesman was knowledgable about the various brands and style…that helped.

Horrible store. Poor management and customer service. I shopped at this location Last Christmas it wasn’t the best experience then. However today 07/26 I thought I give it a second try. Worst decision. I walked in, first to say I was not greeted. Secondly I found two of the sales floor associates ,one talking to another employee. Another on his phone. I asked for help finding football catch gloves for my son well to say I was pointed to where they could be… The one associate went back on his phone. The other talking to the other employee. No help. Rude ( Poor communication and customer service). When I asked to speak to the manager I came to find out the associate on his phone (was the manager on his phone,) plus he was the one that just pointed where the item I asked for could be… Poor management. I will never come back to this location.

Apparently swimming isn’t a sport to this store because they removed their entire section of swimming gear (which wasn’t big to begin with). Last time I was there, it was reduced to a single wall of a shelf in a small aisle. Now all that’s left are a couple pieces of swim suits on a singular rack – but no goggles, swim caps, kick boards, nothing.

I called up to the store that was 30 minutes away from me and asked if they had wrestling shoes, the lady said yes. Next I asked do you have a 10 and a 10 and a half with out hesitation she said yes, I replied cool I’m on my way. But when I arrived they did not have any wrestling shoes. She completely wasted my time and gas to get out there. Then tried to hide from me when I arrived looking for the shoes. I know it was her because I called the store again when I was there and she had the phone walking the floor. I would not recommend this store. They have nothing wrestling related.

Very cool location and store setup. As the description says, this is a special store (not an outlet) “featuring the very best UA innovations and Baltimore-exclusive products”. They have a lot of the new styles / displays in their mens, womens, and kids clothing as well as shoes & accessories. Also a small clearance section with 30% additional discount. Really nice dressing rooms to use as well that have an electronic system to get different sizes / styles from an associate. The store staff when we visited were incredibly friendly and helpful. Corey and JP were both superb!!! They deserve a shoutout for their excellent customer service. Corey was also kind enough to help us do an online order since they didn’t have my size in store for the item I wanted.

I was aware of this store being here for years but never been until today. I like the cool system they have in place when you want to try on shoes. My mom found the shoes she was looking for, and on the next visit, I will be sure that I will find the shoes I really like. Also, the service was friendly and attentive.

Very mixed about this experience. This was my first time in the store. I recently had a fusion of the big toe and have been trying to find comfortable shoes. I went in there having a good idea about what shoes I wanted to try. When I suggested these, the associate questioned my podiatrist’s recommendations and even said, “I know what you need,” and proceeded to get me shoes I didn’t ask for. He eventually did grab what I asked to try, but this was a bit off putting. While I’m sure the associates are knowledgeable, I will trust my doctor 100% of the time.
The other part of this experience was many of the associates (very loudly) complaining about people entering the store between 4p-420pm when the store closes at 430p. Even heard one of them say, “ugh here we go again.” Just awful. It wasn’t one person either. Several employees were visibly disgusted and annoyed that god forbid people come into the store during open hours. These workers were adults and should know better.
While I do like the shoe selection and did make a purchase based off that, I do not think I’ll be back.

I have a trip to disneyworld coming up and my wife suggest I buy a really comfortable pair of shoe’s and she recommended a pair of brooks. So never having a pair I needed to find a store that have them so I could try them on. I found holabird sports online and figured that’s where I would go. As soon as I walked in the door I was greated by Kim. She was absolutely AMAZING to work with! I told her my situation and she brought out multiple pairs of different brands of shoe’s she helped me try them on and gave me her opinion on every pair. She was so pleasant, professional and fun to work with that the following week I brought my sister up there to get a pair as well from Kim and she and couldn’t get over her experience with her also. I will definitely be back again if I need anything especially when Kim is working. If you need shoes she is the women to see!

I ultimately decided not to make a purchase. Customer service goes a long way. I recommend shopping online for the same items at a cheaper price.

This place is great, whether you are a first responder or a veteran or just a regular Joe. They have great footwear, clothing for everyday wear or camping, hiking, outdoor type of events . They have a variety of survival tools , knives, personal self defense items as well as a variety of various hard to find items. It’s getting cooler now so I will likely visit them soon to check out there variety of winter sweaters, sweatshirts , hoodies and coats. It’s hard to not buy something when you’re in this store. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for clothing for home , work or just to hang around the house.

Troy was outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful.

I came in looking for a pair of Invincible’s. He provided multiple colorways but when I wasn’t satisfied, he went to the app to see what other pairs he had in-store. The one I wanted (Year of the Dragon colorway) was not on the floor. I asked if he didn’t mind checking the back. He didn’t complain or simply brush me off by giving me the typical response, “what we have is all on the floor.”

He went to the store back room and was gone for sometime. I thought he had forgotten or hoped I forgot but he didn’t! He took the time and found the correct size and colorway I was looking for.

Hands down, the best service I’ve ever received at a Nike store!

I’ve never been treated so good in Mondawmin before in my 29 years of living. Every time i go into footlocker the staff is extremely nice and helpful, they make me want to purchase all of my shoes from this location. I went in for a return and ended up doing an exchange because of how great the salesman was, so many staff members asked me if i needed help while i was in the store and when i left, nearly everybody told me to have a great day. 10/10 experience, i couldn’t believe it.

I was having a bad day, until i walked in. I must say this is one of the best locations, thus far. When you enter, they greet you and make you feel welcome. Trek products are reliable and durable as far as we know, as we use them in the Police Department. Services are top-notch. I don’t have the words to describe the service I received at Trek Federal Hill location. The attentiveness, communication, knowledge, and awareness of our needs were unparalleled. Trek Federal Hill has an all-star team, but I would like to point out two of their employees Jonathan (manager) and Lisa (Bicycle mechanic). Jonathan we very helpful and patient in the administrative process of getting the paperwork done and forwarded to the right people, since it was a relatively large order with a lot of moving parts and many changes which made this portion seamless. But above all his communication on every step of the matter is what I appreciated the most. Now Lisa she was completely amazing and very hard-working. Her knowledge of the Mountain Bikes we have was nothing less than amazing. Lisa communicated in detail the issues the bicycles had and why. Lisa would also explain when something could be fixed or if it needed to be replaced. I know she worked tirelessly to get our order done promptly which was hard for her due to the understaffing they have but she was able to pull it off which was amazing. Lisa is a huge asset to Trek Federal Hill due to her knowledge and experience but also her amazing customer service and trying her best to help everyone who comes into Trek Federal Hill. Myself and on behalf of the Baltimore Police Department Education and Training Unit extend our greatest gratitude to Trek Federal Hill and of course Jonathan and Lisa for making this happen. I received a call from Trek’s manager not too long after this review, and I was surprised at how gracious, accountable, and real the check-in was. The questions were thoughtful, the manager owned my experience, and validated how I was feeling. Today, I received a package from Jonathan and the team and I was blown at the gesture- truly thoughtful. They sent me a saddle bag with a matching bell, a store gift card, a sticker, and a handwritten card- that both validated my experience by saying sorry for dropping the ball- and also noting that they noticed I liked a specific pattern (which was the design of the saddle bag and bell they sent, also a small lining on my bikes saddle. The fact that they took notice was both thoughtful and a great gesture). All in all- I want to say, that though my initial experience wasn’t great, the accountability and gesture in acknowledging that and apologizing through this gesture was impressive- (thanks, Jonathan, I appreciate you).

I’m not completely disappointed with the work but it was sloppy and the customer service could have been better. I was charged twice the amount I was quoted and the tech had no decency to contact me when he both went over the scheduled delivery he quoted- then did a bunch of extra work he never checked in with me about. I had to call twice to check in because he said it would be done Tuesday- couldn’t call me to tell me he was running behind, and during that call he said Wednesday afternoon, and come Wednesday I wait until about an hour before closing and call again to check in and he noted it would be the next day cause he had to do more work than anticipated. This annoyed me because he never called to tell me what was going on, check with me if I wanted him to proceed, or even ask me if I was okay with what was happening. It was so simple yet so annoying and he acted as if I was inconveniencing him. Not only that- I get there, and my straps on my pedals are on backwards- yet the whole purpose for the service was for pedals and 1 break line to be installed. When I addressed it he literally said “ yeah whoever you got the pedals from put them on backwards” and as he passive aggressively tried to show me the L and R indicators on the pedals- he said it was easy to fix yet he couldn’t handle that in his end while putting it all together… not only that, he didn’t retighten my seat properly and it was shifting back and forth when I rode it. They act like they’re too cool over there and the service is lame. If I knew it would take the time it did and he was charging me twice what he quoted me- I would have just gone to my regular spot. The elitism in this spot is annoying. Go to the spot in Falls road instead, they’re not as far on their own egos to give you good service.

They have various equipment for just about all the major sports mens/womens. Baseball, Fitness equipment, football, frisbee, golf, hockey, lacrosse, softball, and tennis. Some apparel and supporting gear for all.

They don’t treat you like your are stupid and are willing to explain just about anything. My guy offered me price options for the piece that I needed and helped me adjust my bike for a more comfortable ride.
