Troy was outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful.
I came in looking for a pair of Invincible’s. He provided multiple colorways but when I wasn’t satisfied, he went to the app to see what other pairs he had in-store. The one I wanted (Year of the Dragon colorway) was not on the floor. I asked if he didn’t mind checking the back. He didn’t complain or simply brush me off by giving me the typical response, “what we have is all on the floor.”
He went to the store back room and was gone for sometime. I thought he had forgotten or hoped I forgot but he didn’t! He took the time and found the correct size and colorway I was looking for.
Hands down, the best service I’ve ever received at a Nike store!

This place was heaven if you are a Nike junkie like me!!! Prices were beautiful!!! I got a $400 jacket for $60. They have items that are on the Nike app. I will definitely be back.

This place sucks. They shoe collection for ladies are better than the guys. They selection for kids are redundant. No exchange or returns. They will get one really fly item in a size no one wears.... like a 15 size shoe or 4XL hoodie... bad part is I've gone to this place every morning since they opened to watch for progress... still none
