Wonderful customer service! I went there two weeks ago! The lady behind the register with the color lavender on was beautiful and pleasant! The sales person was very friendly patient and helpful. I will definitely be shopping there again! I was there two weeks ago!

Unfortunately, I had a poor experience at H&H due to the customer service. When I asked the price of the hats, the person behind the counter responded in a very unprofessional and belligerent way. I ultimately decided not to make a purchase. Customer service goes a long way. I recommend shopping online for the same items at a cheaper price.

This place is great, whether you are a first responder or a veteran or just a regular Joe. They have great footwear, clothing for everyday wear or camping, hiking, outdoor type of events . They have a variety of survival tools , knives, personal self defense items as well as a variety of various hard to find items. It’s getting cooler now so I will likely visit them soon to check out there variety of winter sweaters, sweatshirts , hoodies and coats. It’s hard to not buy something when you’re in this store. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for clothing for home , work or just to hang around the house.

Great selection if you want that type of thing. Bought there before and everything was cool. Went back today looking for a duffle bag for work, and I guess the owner was talking to employee crazy. And then when I picked out exactly what I wanted, tried to sell me something different and made by another company. Talked to me like I was a child. I left. I tried, but he failed.

Place had everything I needed and more prices was a little high but reasonable but I wouldn’t spend a penny of my hard earned money in this raciest establishment had a older white gentleman follow me around the whole time yell at me! And dropped the n bomb! No customer service whatsoever I even overheard him tell a African American women “ I gave you a exchange be grateful I’m not giving u a bag to put it in!” Just go to amazon! Don’t waste your time here u might catch a criminal case for assault!…..he comments below I’m a liar the only thing he disputes is the n bomb! Woow nothing about anything else I said! Hey you be the judge! Take a vist this man should have been fired a decade ago but he obviously the owners grandpa which speaks even more volumes and to think there are establishments still out here today in 2023 who condone this behavior is absurd!
