ZIPS Cleaners

I picked up my dry cleaning today and I’ve discovered that my garments had stains on them that weren’t there when I dropped them off and should definitely not have the stains there once I picked them up except for the red long Tommy red dress where the white block is I had a small coffee stain in that area. My dry cleaning have been doesn’t look professionally cleaned. I guess I am from an old generation that expects what I have gotten in the past from other Zip cleaners.
I dropped other garments off when I pick these so called dry cleaning up and I always prepay. I will not be using this Zip at Eastern Ave ever again. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I wanted an outfit pressed today. I called and spoke with Hezekiah who asked if I could get it there within the next 30 minutes, being a 1/2 mile away it was not a problem. The cost to clean and press for a woman’s maxi coat pantsuit was less than $7.00. Another area cleaners wanted $16.00 to clean and $11.00 to press! Then I received a text from ZIPS letting me know it was ready for pick up. Efficient, effective, economical and friendly service! Very happily satisfied!!!

What I need to emphasize is that my leather tag disappeared after you washed it. you are distracting me to question the quality of my cloth, taken the attention off your fault of violent washing. you should be ashamed of how you are being irresponsible for what you did.
I believe that the only reason most of us would pay a dry cleaning fee to get our cloth dry cleaned is that we believe our clothes are taken better care of in the dry cleaning place than we do at home. Now it seems not the case. I have more than 10 pieces from this brand, all with the leather tag, and I washed my other pieces multiple time at home, with my washing machine, not even the best in the market, yet none of the tags fell off during my cleaning process. I cannot imagine how violent and careless this dry cleaning process could be at ZIP CLEANERS that could make my leather tag just disappear. For anyone who is reading this review, your cloth deserves better treat than here.
And for the manager at this Zip Cleaner, I never asked you to pay for this pant. Even though I'm very hurt broken by the missing tag, I understand things happen sometimes, and people make mistakes. All I want is you being responsible, admit that it's your unregulated dry cleaning procedure leading to the missing tag, instead of accusing your customer for purchasing a bad quality pant (which is not). Being sincerely sorry is the least you can do for your mistaken behavior.

I have lived here for over three years and have visited this store multiple times. However, my most recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. I entrusted them with my $900 pants for cleaning, hoping to remove a stain. Unfortunately, even after two cleaning attempts, the stain remained. Worse still, the second cleaning resulted in the removal and damage of the leather tag on the pants, including a cut where the tag had been. When I addressed this issue, the only compensation offered was a refund of the $3 cleaning fee. This response is unacceptable given the value and personal importance of the pants. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this situation was handled and the lack of care shown for my belongings.

Absolutely run away, find a laundry mat yourselves! Beside disgruntled employees who are short staffed, they folder my $300 dollar shirts like they were car rags!
And, look at what they did to my 2 week old $500 designer jeans!
I have no idea what to do.
I so upset!
When I first went there, there was a customer that was upset and stormed out! That should have been a sign for me.

We been 3rd times and it wasn’t ready.
When we been 2nd time they said give me 1 more hour. After 1 hour we took the coat. The work was take up the sleeves of the coat. And it was ridiculous work! I can make better! They fold the sleeve inside and sew it! Very bad work!!!
