Fast and effective service; was in and out in less than an hour. Had a great interview with I believe his name is Kawero. He even recommended a place to eat lunch at with great cactus tortillas!

The security you guys have here are absolutely disgusting human beings! Terrible attitudes! The last thing people need when they are coming in excited/nervous for something extremely important is dealing with terrible attitudes being talked to like an idiot and rushed when you are already hurrying… Extremely unprofessional! Just to help identify your staff i was here at 10:45am on a Saturday morning! 05/16/2024 when you walk in the lady to the right was the worst! Even made loose one of my gold earings and made a special moment an irritating day ! (Update) there was a nice gentleman (officer) that found my earing and put it asides for me, very polite thanks goes out to him.

One of my big questions going into a citizenship ceremony was how many guests could join, and also if there was parking available. There is ample parking, if you need to park closer to the front and don’t have a handicap sticker, be sure to arrive on the earlier side. There were around 40 people getting their citizenship, and there was no limit on guest number. Courteous staff made sure we were all safe
