My needs? I am somewhat handicapped and he was very helpful getting mi into his car as as getting out. He also gave me his business card so I could call you company in the future when I need transportation!! I would give him an A rating!!!

I have used this company before but will never use it again! The driver this morning was straight out of a hip hop video and was a very fast driver. I was afraid I was not going to get to the airport and that I was going to die on the highway! But that is not all! Once I got to the airport he did not accept credit cards because he claimed that the machine wasn’t working. So we had to search for an ATM like we are back in the 1990s so I could give him cash! I will never ride with them again and do not recommend!

They are definitely dependable.a driver is always available. Only thing I find fault in is some driver's will speed past the speed limits an that is highly unacceptable just for the meter to jump faster. That I find dangerous for passengers as well as themselves.i had to ask a few drivers is it worth causing a life just for pay you may ot live to receive. I have to be honest in this review hoping to save a life. Thank you

Riding with independent taxi is wonderful they are very friendly and nice except one witch it was the last guy who picked me up from John's Hopkins Bay View Hospital on September 2nd 2024 he was really getting on my nerves asking my sister to find him a white girl to marry him. Then after she told him she doesn't know anyone he asked her what about her? She said who my sister and he said yes. The driver then asked me over and over again to please marry me and I told him I'm never getting married. He kept telling me I treat me like a queen and I told again no. Then he asked who's phone did call and I told my sister's so he wouldn't try calling me and bother me.
