I decided not to file bankruptcy, instead I am going to pay my debts. I called October 6th to request a refund of my deposit ($500) that I put down. Here it is December and I have yet to receive a refund. It took minutes for them to deduct it from my account and yet we are months in, and all I’m getting is the run around. I’ve spoken to Julie (spellcheck) and Alysa (spellcheck) and they both told me Erik Steiner would be in touch. I called again today, I’m being told billing would process the refund. This is very unprofessional!! Next I’ll follow up with
the better business bureau and then a lawyer!
