I was directed to the item I was seeking--ink cartridges for my new printer. An extremely helpful staff person noticed me looking for the product and asked if he could assist. He directed me to the correct product, explained how to utilize it properly and told me about the rewards program. He was friendly, courteous and helpful.

So thankful for this team of folks! I had a last minute print job and they took such good care of the work and made it all super easy for me. And they did it all with a great attitude, which isn't necessary, but really appreciated at the end of a long day. Lots of coupons too to make the printing even more affordable.

I wish I could give Jackson 10 stars!!! I’m so glad I took my computer to this Staples for his computer tech support assistance! Dell tech support seemed to be on a mission to force an install on me when my computer I bought from them wouldn’t update. They went so far as to delete windows files that prevented reboot and told me my only course of action was to wipe and reinstall! I knew this wasn’t true and Jackson fixed this issue in no time (I dropped it off late in the day and it was ready for pickup before 10am the next day!) and for only $29.99!!! I tipped him!!! Give this man a raise!!! What a brilliant tech you have!!! Thank you Jackson!!!

I visited this location on 9/25. I was using the self serve section for printing. I was having a bit of some issues when I asked one of the print associates for help her name was A.J. Oh my goodness she really helped me out tremendously. I have seen her in there a few times before when picking up items from the print section. She has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend the manager Dan giving her a promotion she definitely deserves it. And I think she would do really well in whatever position she is in. She went above and beyond to help me and as stated before she is very knowledgeable of products and in recommending different products. She is a very kind and sweet girl. THANK YOU AGAIN A.J for all your help.

I came to this location Saturday morning to return a large package to Amazon via UPS! Unfortunately this particular package could only be returned at the actual UPS store!! Eric the manager still went above and beyond to assist with packing and finding the closest store!! This customer service is very rare now days!! Eric your service was greatly appreciated!
