The experience I just endured in this place no customer should have to. One of the machine wasn’t working right and didn’t take my detergent. By time it did it was finished with the main wash and just drained out all of my detergent without properly washing my clothes. The manager came out and did nothing but tell me not to come back if the machines aren’t working. It didn’t want to refund me my money, so instead he continue to be rude and loud in his own place of business. Then proceeded to say plenty of blacks come in here, he don’t need my services. He is of a different race and came off very racist. Never again. I implore anyone black to stop coming to this place. He don’t care what happens to your items. It is all about getting your money at any cost.

I usually got to Christy Laundromat on W Belvedere and only came to SKK Laundry cause they were closed. Now I think I will be coming to SKK on the regular. Larger, newer machines with much longer and better wash and dry cycles and so much larger. There’s several seating areas we well as a children’s television area. Don’t even get me started on the vending machines either! Everything is clean and nice, definitely worth the little extra the machines cost me.

I knocked on the office door to show the owner that detergent was in the Machine and he told me to wash my clothes and if it’s a problem he will refund me well the machine took my money and do wash my clothes they were dry so I did let him know and he told me I need more money so both machines was broken and he was rude and didn’t give me my money back He threatened to call the police, so I called the police and he ran back in his office and shut the door. I will never use his laundromat ever again.

( not racist LOL ) White Lady with Turban is a really really great person and helper great service thx to her ! She helped me on instructions on not to ruin clothing colors and what kind of clothing to mix thru this laundry is a great location I’d give 4 out of 5 ⭐️
