Surprisingly, my ‘07 CR-V with over 225,000 miles died. Weird. Anyhoo, the security system still worked and she locked her doors, with a dead battery. The key fob and actual key would not open the door. I was put in touch with Elite through AAA. They came out and opened my old girl right up. The technician was extremely patient and friendly. Excellent service just as it should be. I highly recommend.

Excellent service and fast! Brought in two blank Cadillac keys and the owner cut them without issues, activated both keys to my car and tested each key to make sure they worked. Very reasonable pricing and perfect service. Will be back for sure.

I usually never do this and we’ve used Easter’s in the past and I’ve really loved them but yesterday I had an emergency, locked out of my house with my infant daughter in 95° weather. I knew it was after hours and the man I got ahold of said he was the after hours tech from the previous night and they must have not switched the new techs info over. I explained to him my situation and he said he would pass my information onto the new after hours person. He didn’t ask for my info or name or anything, which was strange but I thought maybe he has caller ID and he’ll just give my number to the right person, it was the guys day off so I get it.
After about 30 minutes no one called. I COMPLETELY understand that they may have been on another call or whatever. Another 30 minutes and nothing. Finally I was able to get a hold of a family member who lived another 45 minutes away to come with a ladder so I could climb through a window on the second story. But even after I was finally able to get into my house, no one called me? I understand I’m not the only person who locked themselves out of their house yesterday, but even if I could gotten a call telling me that it would be this X amount of time until they got to my house or if they couldn’t make it that day I would have totally understood and called someone else. But the fact that I was never called back is insane, I don’t know if I was just lost in the shuffle or what but I’m super hesitant to use them in the future.
I also just tried to call the office so I could speak to someone and just make whoever was in charge aware, and I left a voice mail, but I’m honestly not expecting anyone to call me back.

I showed up with a 2019 Ford Interceptor needing a key for this unknown brand lock on my center console. They punched the number on the lock into the system and over 180 possible matches popped up. I left the lock with them, they disassembled it, and reverse engineered a working key from scratch. I left to go get a haircut and halfway through they called to let me know they already figured it out and had 2 brand new keys waiting for me. To say these guys are as good as it gets is an understatement. I don’t even live in Parkville anymore, but I made the trip down here because I refuse to go anywhere else. They always get the job done, 10/10

This company says they provide services 24/7. I can indeed attest that this is a lie. I called in the middle of the night to see if we could get a technician out as we were locked out of our residence . The service person told me to keep my line open and I’d get a call back in a couple of minutes. 20 minutes later I called back to ask for an update and he said that the technician would not be coming out. I asked if he had been planning on telling me and he said the technician said he had already called. Do not say you have 24/7 service if it is not true.

I called after visiting a RITE AID and a Home Depot to copy two broken keys. Each of these locations copied keys via a self serve kiosk that required fully in tact keys to make copies. Thankfully places like this exist and service techs like Mike…who saw this as a welcomed challenge close to the shops closing and within 5 mins had successfully copied both keys. This…felt…GREAT! After having gone to two different places that couldn’t provide a solution the third…proved to be the charm! Low price too for the service! $3 a key!

I have found the only locksmith I will ever need. I locked myself out of the house early one morning and needed fast help. I searched for 24 hour locksmiths because this was around 6am. David picked up on the second ring, gave me an estimated cost if all went as planned, and 21 minutes later, Stephen arrived!
