What I need to emphasize is that my leather tag disappeared after you washed it. you are distracting me to question the quality of my cloth, taken the attention off your fault of violent washing. you should be ashamed of how you are being irresponsible for what you did.
I believe that the only reason most of us would pay a dry cleaning fee to get our cloth dry cleaned is that we believe our clothes are taken better care of in the dry cleaning place than we do at home. Now it seems not the case. I have more than 10 pieces from this brand, all with the leather tag, and I washed my other pieces multiple time at home, with my washing machine, not even the best in the market, yet none of the tags fell off during my cleaning process. I cannot imagine how violent and careless this dry cleaning process could be at ZIP CLEANERS that could make my leather tag just disappear. For anyone who is reading this review, your cloth deserves better treat than here.
And for the manager at this Zip Cleaner, I never asked you to pay for this pant. Even though I’m very hurt broken by the missing tag, I understand things happen sometimes, and people make mistakes. All I want is you being responsible, admit that it’s your unregulated dry cleaning procedure leading to the missing tag, instead of accusing your customer for purchasing a bad quality pant (which is not). Being sincerely sorry is the least you can do for your mistaken behavior.

I have lived here for over three years and have visited this store multiple times. However, my most recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. I entrusted them with my $900 pants for cleaning, hoping to remove a stain. Unfortunately, even after two cleaning attempts, the stain remained. Worse still, the second cleaning resulted in the removal and damage of the leather tag on the pants, including a cut where the tag had been. When I addressed this issue, the only compensation offered was a refund of the $3 cleaning fee. This response is unacceptable given the value and personal importance of the pants. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this situation was handled and the lack of care shown for my belongings.
And, look at what they did to my 2 week old $500 designer jeans!

I had a terrible experience with Laundry City and cannot recommend their services. My mom’s clothes were supposedly delivered on Thursday, but no items were dropped off. We’ve contacted the company multiple times, hoping for assistance in locating her belongings, but they’ve been completely unhelpful and unresponsive.
Losing an entire bag of clothes is frustrating enough, but the lack of accountability and customer service has been even worse. If you value your belongings and expect decent service, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

The super and mega loads take about 24 minutes. The single takes about 35. I have never used the double. I really like the mega. I have washed four towels, my king size sheets, and two weeks worth of clothes in one cycle.
I also really like the staff there. They are consistent and hard-working. If you prefer wash and fold its $1.25 per lbs min. 10lbs. they also do comforters for an additional fee. The price varies depending on size.
I give it four not five stars because of the price increase and the wash cycle seems to shave off a minute on the beginning and end of the cycle when its just standing still. Also, when you open up some of the washing machines or dryers, they smell bad, like someone had a really funky smelling load before you. Typically a mix of wet dog and ashtray smell.
The issue: I attempted to drop 41.65lbs of clothes off. The same day rate is 1.75/lb- just under $73 right? Wrong. This man tried to charge me over $160 for my clothes. When I attempted to explain that the math was not adding up he acted irritated and dismissed it as what just what the computer told him. Needless to say I’m incredibly disappointed with the service as it doesn’t take much to realize something is off.

They have a coin changer that takes bills and vending machines, including a detergent & softener vending (2 loads) for 1.25 (Quarters).
Theres a cleaning lady on the floor at all time and keeps the place spotless every 20 mins and helps any newcomers.
Id advice at least $10 when coming in. Shouldn’t be coming in everyday so a weekly or bi-weekly loadup wont hurt your pockets.
We desperately need more 24hr places in the city…

**After reading other reviews I noticed a pattern. If you’re white it’s a great experience, if you’re black not so much. Spend your black dollars elsewhere it is clear that our business is not wanted here.
There are multiple sized washers. The smallest being the least expensive to use, can hold a lot of clothing. The dryers are very quick and efficient.
All machines only take quarters. There is an ATM in the building, but I’d recommend bringing your own cash and having the counter worker break change for you.
