Baltimore City has a lot of hidden gems. This is probably one of those places. I was amazed to see how well it kept. We saw Tulips and many other flowers I don’t even know the name of. It’s the perfect place to take your kids and the family. You can do some photoshoots as well.
An A+ spot for picnics and studying for students who like a tranquil environment.
I find that it is a park that helps with destressing when walking through it especially with someone. It even has security parked nearby for added protection.
Finally, this is a must stop park if you are close to JHU or JHH.

I contacted Len the Plumber because I had recently installed a replacement Google Nest thermostat and it was showing that the R wire was not connecting to the power (or something along those lines). After multiple attempts to “fix it,” I gave up and starting contacting HVAC services, settled with Len the Plumber. First thing the technician tells me when he removes the thermostat from the wall is that the wires aren’t correct, that the green one is incorrectly installed. Mind you, I’d taken a pic of how the wiring was with the previous Google Nest thermostat I had to replace, and the heat was still working, it just had a network error issue. He also informed me that one of the fuses on the HVAC had blown so that needed changing. He finished his job, which included trying to sell me a new thermostat, left with all my holiday money. Out of curiosity, I removed the thermostat after he left just to see how he’d installed the wiring and lo and behold, it’s the same order as how I’d put them.

Do better y’all. All these extra costs you charge customers for things that aren’t really at fault may give you the extra cash short-term, but you lose customers this way.

Upon further inspection of the unit by another HVAC professional, it was brought to our attention that there is a dent on the side of the evaporator coil. Additionally, there is an excessive amount of tape on the steel duct. Furthermore, the evaporator coil and the steel duct do not line up as the coil is pushed further to the right of the system. A bad job and regret doing business with them.

I had an estimated one million questions and Dominic was quick to answer, always had a smile and sense of humor and cleaned up after himself. I hovered like a nutty homeowner and he didn’t seem to mind. THIS is what it should look like when a tech comes! Saffer is my new go to for anything plumbing related.
