Dropped my keys down the drain outside my front door. Called Roto-Rooter for help around 4:45pm, was estimated someone would be there by 6:45pm, and the technician showed up around 6:15pm. Technician quickly surveyed the scene, vacuumed the water out of the drain, and fished for my keys. He was able to get it all handled in under 20 minutes. Everyone was very communicative and timely and I got my keys back with no problem at all. The bill was mainly for the hourly rate, and the final cost came out to around $430. To me, it was worth saving the fobs on my keys!
