Diana and Ankara provided exceptional customer service. They were very accommodating to my personal needs and very knowledgeable. Diana was super helpful and transparent during the consultation process as well as checking in on me after the actual treatment, which is above and beyond. They were lovely to talk to, I couldn’t ask for a better team! Ankara was super comforting during the treatment and did an excellent job, as well as providing me with great aftercare instructions. They both answered all of my endless questions with ease and really made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. Their professionalism far exceeded the standards. Love these ladies! Looking forward to having them again when I go back for more treatments.

If you are looking to get a tattoo removed, look no further cause this is the spot TO BE. Their pricing and packages are much more affordable than other tattoo removal places in the area and the staff here are a 12/10. They are always so cheery and upbeat when I come in (Deanna at the front desk is such an ANGEL).
The technicians that I've seen at this location are always calm, cool, and collected, and always put any nerves to ease when doing my treatments. Please just do yourself a favor and book here.

Diana was so thorough at explaining the whole process and answered any and all questions I had! Ankara was so sweet and gentle and patient. I had such an amazing experience and I’m so glad I decided to move forward with the laser removal! I was so embarrassed to show my tattoo but they made me feel super comfortable and not embarrassed at all!

I just started to tattoo removal and it was great. Wow I made the first session yesterday. It was with Ankara. She’s so lovely and kind and the process went well. It doesn’t hurt. That much like I heard before. And this is my first day after the session there’s no pain no itching no irritation No swelling

This is a great experience if you want to get a tattoo removed. during the consultation they explained to me what exactly i will need to do in order to start the process. they’re very professional and sweet. the laser removal doesn’t hurt as bad a everyone says it does. the 1st picture is before the laser and the 2nd picture is just the redness after the laser. i’m gonna recommend that if you are thinking about getting you’re tattoo removed go to REMOVERY.
