I went earlier today, it says they are open at 8 I went around 10. I was really looking forward to speaking with someone. I didn’t know you had to get buzzed up to the suite, someone let me in that was from a different unit. I went up everything was locked. So maybe it’s due to the upcoming holidays. I just wish there was a number to call to get in contact.
I don’t want to delete my first review but I can’t make a second one so this is my update. I called the number four times the first time they gave me a recruiter‘s number and the name of the recruiter, I called that number it did not work the second time I called , I got a new number to call. It was to a whole different business that had no affiliation with Randstad. The third time I called I was on the phone for about 20 minutes on hold, then a guy answered and I gave him my information (he asked for my address, which was very weird when prior to no one else ask for my address, and I told him that )he then hung up on me. I called one last time, I waited for about 20 minutes again no one answered so I did the call back. They called, I gave them my information and someone hung up again.
If this is the way the customer service is with a new hire I don’t even want to work with this company or be affiliated with you all

Ms. Chanelle was a blessing and I was honored to meet a woman like herself. She went above and beyond for my on-boarding process even though I came at the same time she was about to go to lunch! Helped me with everything I needed and was kind the whole time. I couldn't ask for more.

All of my phone calls and emails are returned in 24 hours or less. I am assigned work that matches my skill set regularly and often. I am sent to work for companies that have highly professional work environments. I am paid highly competitive wages on time, every week. This company is great. Erin is my recruiters, and the day I talk to her I explained to her my career goals and she got me an interview with a great company who would could help me reach my career goals in the same day.Erin keeps great communication wit me and makes sure she addresses any question or concerns that I may have and gets back to me in a very timely matter. Not is she great her team is wonderful. When Erin was in a meeting or on vacation, they were well aware of who I was, and my needs. They were able to answer my questions very effectively which showed me that they had great communication as a team. This is a great recruitment team that will lead you in the right direction to your career goals.
