I usually don't make reviews but I the service I received from Rich was exceptional. Not only was he a really nice person to talk to, but he also was efficient and tidy. Our new pipes, water, and prv are doing great thanks to him!

Mr. Rooter plumbing is a wonderful company. They are very professional and willing to work overtime to finish a major job - especially for a handicapped person such as myself. They installed a new water heater, a new sump pump with backup battery, new faucets in kitchen and bathroom, replaced leaking valves and water lines (one involved digging a 3ft. trench to reach it). All this was done in one day! I now have decent water pressure and would definitely use this company again.

Very impressed with Mr. Rooter, our service technician Rich, was very professional hard-working and explained every process to us in detail before he completed any work. He gave us clear detailed estimates so we understood what work he would be performing and he took pictures along the way and pointed out the important parts for us to be aware of. He was very careful in our home making sure not to damage any of our belongings and cleaned up after himself after he worked on each project area of our home to include dusting for drywall, dust, and vacuuming in the areas where he was working. We plan to use Mr. Rooter and hopefully will be assigned Rich as our technician for any future projects and we will recommend him and Mr. Rooter to all of our friends and family.

Rich and Dillon were friendly, professional, timely and very knowledgeable. They did a great job on full water line replacement and HW heater installation. Definitely would recommend them!

Whole house re-pipe: replaced main stack and drains, replaced water lines, installed new lines, and installed a new water heater. Technicians were Rich and John. I had 3 estimates taken for this job and Rich was the only one that took an honest look around and told me what would need to happen. I trusted him right away, then their estimate came in a couple thousand under the other 2. It was an easy choice. These guys did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with the work they have done. They even took on a few other small jobs not in the estimate and didn't adjust the estimate.
