This movie theaters and went downhill Bay. Took my son to see sonic today now the movie was sold out OK with someone in our seats .. so I asked them nicely to get out our seat. They did not move so I asked to talk to the manager some so he asked us for our tickets we gave it along. He went down there and was like I can’t do nothing about it. I said what you mean you can’t do nothing about someone sitting in our seat that we paid to see sonic movie today I’m sorry I can’t do nothing about it that someone is sitting in your seat so then I asked the manager for a refund. I’m sorry I can’t give you a refund when I mean to tell you my son was so pissed off. He cannot see his favorite sonic movie today I would never return to this movie theaters ever again basically over $60 went down the drain cause my son couldn’t see his favorite movie today. Well I spent over $60 because he got the popcorn bucket and some other stuff that he loved of sonic just do not make no sense

So I really like this theater. It’s super convenient and centrally located near plenty of great restaurants. My only complaint is that the ladies restroom is ALWAYS a mess when I need to use it. I have to pass atleast 8 stalls before I can a clean one with a working latch. Tonight was no different. Only this time the clean stalls lock was broken. I just had to pray no one opened the door while I was inside. They send 4-6 people in to clean a theater after a show. They need to do the same with restroom. With the amount of kids that go into the bathrooms, it definitely needs to be monitored more often. I truly hope grown women aren’t leaving behind the chaos that I’ve seen.

Went yesterday for Gladiator II, and was deeply disappointed with the wait time for the food and lack of organization. We had to wait about a half hour to get popcorn and wait in a mosh pit of people all waiting for their orders. There was no microphone or screens to announce the order number, just the workers calling out the number. I honestly felt bad for the workers because this system appeared overwhelming for them and just not smoothly running. After our wait, we finally got the theater. Outside the theater were piles of garbage bags that hadn’t been taken out. My partner’s chair was broken and wouldn’t recline. It is really a shame that the theater has really gone downhill in the last few years. Maybe it has to do with being understaffed, but nonetheless, it was unfortunate to see the facility in poor upkeep.

I can’t say enough about how much my family and I enjoy this theater. For almost two decades I avoided this movie theater (when it was formerly Movies 10 and Regal Cinemas) because it had gone so far downhill. The new ownership (not so new anymore) invested quite a bit of money and really turned this into a wonderful place to see a movie. We have grown accustomed to having to go outside the community, to places like White Marsh for most of our dining, shopping, and entertainment needs. But this theater is far superior to the one in White Marsh in terms of cost, cleanliness, customer service, and seating. This place is an absolute gem!
Christopher C

Very clean, modern, and comfortable movie theater. Seen a movie last night 11/12/24, and practically had the entire theater to myself. It’s a shame they aren’t getting more business, because it’s quite worth it. The ticket price, the working recliner seats, the cleanliness, are just a few reasons I’ll definitely be back.
Brandon Muffoletto

Didn’t know this theater had been remodeled until a coworker told me, so I decided to check it out. Loved the small theater atmosphere, and not a big crowd. Will surely visit often.
Rhonda Jester

Probably the best movie theater around, It’s cheap and never crowded unlike White Marsh. Also love the reclining seats
Evan Cortez yancey

This is my 2nd time here in over 30 years. I love the seats and room between the rows. People can still walk by when the seat reclines. The soda area was a mess. Soda on the floor and counter. However, I did leave shortly after the movie started, and the staff was cleaning up.

Check out this theater will Wow you. Amazing experience with my family. Grandma loved the table connected to recliners. Delectable popcorn with unlimited butter. Love the design from the moment you walk in. The gorgeous bar with cool lighting and consessions stand. Thanks for a clean, safe environment for show on big screen. Thanks again we up here From Ohio. Went to the movie theater, December 13, 2024 to see gladiator 2/was going to order two large sodas, medium popcorn, chicken nuggets and fries. The total was $62.53. We stated oh no and we canceled that order and we went with a medium soda/small soda one medium popcorn some chicken nuggets with honey mustard that came to $35.42 was going to purchase candy/regular size bag of Twizz list they want six dollars/Junior meant candy six dollars. Their prices is outrageous. The atmosphere was nice. It was only six people in the theater to watch gladiator the place was freezing, almost at the end of the movie, that’s when they decide to turn on the heated seats so I say this to say that nice atmosphere, but their prices is outrageous. It’s cold outside who wants to sit in a cold theater? Please bring back the touch like it used to be. That will be excellent. If you’re going to take over a business do not make a whole lot of changes. Bring it back like it used to be and again why did they wait so long to heat the seats up almost at the end of the movie The young lady at the counter was very nice but your prices are outrageous. Peace and blessings.

This place disappointed me because I know how good this place was before Warehouse Cinema took over. Let’s just say there is a HUGE difference then before. Food tasted better there were twice as many options to choose from. Drinks were larger and cheaper. The sound was 100x better. Popcorn was served to you on a platter. Decorations galore! It felt like a theatre.
This place is exactly what it says a warehouse. Little to no decorations and the sound made me feel like I was watching from a warehouse. Popcorn tasted microwaved. Prices are sky high for no reason.
I can say it was very clean though. Staff was very friendly. But, I wouldn’t return.

Day Date with Mama Dee and the big guy! Loved the frosty drinks and popcorn. Our seats were fantastic! Loved the fact that we could sit/ recline, on the same seats, as if we were home. The venue was clean and the parking was convenient . We will definitely go back.

This place isn’t that bad but when it came to my brother losing his bag they acted like they didn’t know the brand vans and they were clearly wearing vans shoes. And some of the seats don’t have heated buttons. Also the seats “leather” is pealing off.
Mack Howar

I went to go see Inside Out 2 with some friends and this movie theater was incredible. I didn’t even know they had little discounts but the girl at the ticket booth introduced me to it before paying 30 dollars for two tickets and my price went down by about 15-16 dollars! Theater was clean and well represented definitely would recommend again
imbreonalol

Just ew.
Screens are horrible and smaller than Captain Marvel 2’s box office winnings.
The seat layout is worse than THAT school lunch.
Everything is bad.
Eli Blau

This is the most sketchy theater that I have ever visited. The location is in the back parking lot of a dying mall with incredibly questionable “businesses” in the adjacent parking lots. When I walked in no one was present to check my ticket (take that as you will). In the bathroom there was no toilet paper or soap. And the theater itself was dirty and if I wasn’t so cheap (and $20 in with a ticket and some popcorn) I would have walked out. This is not a safe or comfortable movie theater.

My daughter is in a wheelchair and needed to use the elevator lift to be taken down to the theater floor. Both times, the employee made me feel like she was being “inconvenienced “ by having to come and man this elevator lift. She was rude, and huffed when I went to the concession stand to ask for some help. I WILL NEVER bring my child to this theater again. I’m sure there are many other options in the Baltimore area that would gladly accommodate.
Rebekah Spencer

This was a very nice theater. The lobby was bright and comfortably decorated, the ladies working concessions were helpful, and the theater seats recline and even have seat warmers. I’ve only been here once but it’s already my favorite theater in MD
Antonio Lozano

This is such a low key spot. We went on a Friday at 1:30 pm.
It’s a nice, clean, stylish movie theater. I was very impresse with the aesthetics. I got a drink from the bar: Sunset Tequila. It was decent. I would have liked a bit more tequila but it wasn’t bad. The bartender was nice but I wish she would have been more personable or offered a bit more suggestions. I can’t speak on the snacks offere, because hubs bought the popcorn.
There are steep stairs leading down to the theaters. I am not aware if there is an elevator, so be mindful if someone has trouble with stairs.
There was only one other person in the theater with us. The theater was small. While they did not recline, the leather seats were super comfy. The only con was the arm rests were narrow so you would kind of be right up on the person your seated next to. The arm rests can be lifted up.There was not a lot of leg room either. It wasn’t cramped but it wasn’t ample space either.
The bathrooms were clean. All in all, I enjoyed my visit and would most definitely return in the future. Shhh…keep this one a secret!…lol.

I love this movie theater! The seats are big, plush and so comfortable, impeccably clean, with a friendly/ welcoming staff. Best part was Deadpool Wolverine premier also had movie-themed cocktails. Convenient parking garage right above let’s you exit the elevator on the ground floor and the theater is there.

Today was my first time going, a matinee on a Saturday afternoon for a decent price when all the other theaters were sold out (Wicked’s opening weekend.) The history of the theater is evident, but makes me feel like Black ppl were probably banned from going in like the 1950’s when this place was in its heyday. The seats were clean enough, but somewhat uncomfortable. I’m a thick madame and they were a lil tight. The sitting area in the ladies’ bathroom is cool. I didn’t get any food as I had just come from Belvedere Square. I tried to go through the door labeled “Lounge,” but it was locked. Cool sidewalk out front. The parking lot is in serious need of repair.
Layla

The Senator is A Baltimore Treasure. Historic. An older theater. Took my brother there for this bday to see Bad Boys Ride or Die. Myself and a lot of others had a hard time seeing coming into the actual theater bec lighting was very lacking inside. Hard to see in the dark and find your seats. This was 25-30 min before the movie started. Clean Inside. Very Retro aesthetic. Not much space to stretch your legs out. Nice big screen and awesome booming sound. Decent ticket prices. Staff made the best of having to work on a Sunday evening. Not crowded. Had a nice time. Thanks!✌️

Brings me back to the simple days!! My son and I have date nights every Friday and he chose to go to the movies on his Friday to pick. We just moved to the area so finding this little gem was truly a dream come true bc The Senator offers Al the magic of going to the movies. From the box office to the nostalgic candy at the concession booth, The Senator was a hidden secret in Baltmore’s Belvedere district.
The location was within walking distant of Belvedere so this is an ideal spot for a date night with dinner and a movie. The theatre itself boasts historical architecture and kept the classic aesthetic of movie theatre’s from better days. The nostalgic appeal mustered up some wonderful memories for me and it was incredible to share this experience with my son who is growing up in a modern age.
Walking in, you find yourself marveling at the dome of the common space before following your nose to the mouth watering scent of buttery popcorn at the concession booth. The bonus bar in the corner was a pleasant treat for movie goers 21+ to relax and enjoy a movie with an adult beverage.
My son was most fascinated by the restrooms that kept a waiting room with couches. I told him this is how most facilities were designed back in the day. Seeing the wonder and excitement in his eyes and expressions reminded me of how we as a society have become so hyper focused on ourselves that we will miss out on the magic right in front of us.
The Senator Theatre is another charm in the Charm City!

Nostalgic. Updated. Fun, polite, outgoing staff. Great beer and wine selection. Affordable at every point of sale. In one of the smaller, side theaters to see the new Beetlejuice, but it was still comfortable and clean for a great overall movie going experience!
❤️ The Senator ❤️

Great place to catch a movie! Both times I went there were at night, and they offered great customer service! It wasn’t too crowded and I love the overall look of the theater, especially how the curtains pull back during the start of the movie.

I LOVE this place. I’ve been coming here since I was a junior in highschool over more than three decades. It’s just the most amazing building and the films selections never disappoint. No other place in Baltmore tops it.
Kate Tallent

This is a beautiful, old theater fully of friendly people and I want badly to love it, but the projection needs a complete overhaul in every screening room I’ve been in. The picture is just far, far, far too dark, the sound is muddy, and in the last movie I saw the picture didn’t even take up the entire screen, with big black bars all the way around it. Hard to make the case to watch movies in theaters when the presentation is so rough.
Bradley Herring

A great local art theater that has expanding to a few more popular films. Service is as you would expect, friendly, slow, and inconsistent but a nice experience. Theaters range from big to tiny and are always clean. Concessions is good. Buy tickets in advance and avoid some of the slow ticketing process.
Ashton Menefee

Selection of movies is usually good, art house or independent movies usually. Oscar buzz movies when the time comes. Friendly staff. Funky building, theaters are a bit older as a result. Tends to keep away the cinemark type crowd as a result. Sound is a bit inconsistent. The constant shake down from homeless people has been a major deturing factor for me. I have had more than one aggressive incident with homeless people, and it’s been mostly around the theater, or they start following to my car and staff doesn’t seem to do much about it. One night after a later screening, there was even a homeless lady that was hounding ladies in the restroom.

Beautiful movie theater. Friendly staff. However, Theatre 3 has a very small screen; it felt like watching a giant TV. The chairs were not the most uncomfortable either.

Enjoyed the viewing of the penultimate episode of Broad City. The theater is quaint and intimate, making every seat a great seat. A bit strange that I had to show my ticket even to use the bathroom or visit the bar and concession stand. Once my ticket was scanned, showing again didn’t make sense, as you couldn’t access those amenities without a ticket. Subject: Disappointing Customer Service – Employee Charlotte
Dear Baltimore Museum of Science Team,
I am reaching out to express my dissatisfaction with the service my partner, Victor Perego, and I received from one of your employees, Charlotte, during our visit today. We are in Baltimore celebrating our marriage and were excited to include the museum in our plans, but Charlotte’s behavior was far from welcoming.
Her cold and dismissive attitude made it clear she had no interest in assisting us when we asked about tickets for the Halloween event. Instead of helpfulness, we were met with impatience and indifference, which greatly diminished our experience.
We expected a more professional and friendly atmosphere from such a respected institution. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and appropriate actions are considered to prevent similar situations in the future. We would also appreciate it if you could confirm whether there are any tickets still available for today’s event.
Thank you for your attention.
Juliana

Well worth the price & also an amazingly informative place to be for the littles…

The rainforest bear movie was great. Volume a bit loud. Admission price to museum way too pricey considering mist exhibits seemed to be for kids or some were broken.

The movies here are spectacular! We really enjoyed the Forces of Nature about weather extremes. The Louis and Clark IMAX was also very well done and informative. Seats are comfortable and popcorn was good, although pricey. We will be back.

I really like this place because it helps bring character to the community. This is a nice spot and they play all the new movies coming out put some Indie films in the mix they got it for you . The bar lounge area is nice laid back and I believe you can watch some movies in the bar area as well but check for yourself just to make sure so don’t quote me on it alright. They have security and they are customer friendly no intimidation what so ever the atmosphere is love and relaxing. This place had to stick around because it’s definitely my cup of tea. I tell everybody about this place and they all thought it had something to do with the school of the arts (mica and umd) My eyes lit up just a bit because I finally have something in my neighborhood that’s convenient to get to also my neighborhood need more restaurants and bookstores and dollar stores tbh not to go off topic but I thought I should but anyway the movie theater is lit and I like it.

Impact hub in. Centre theatre is a good spot but new landlords & the city have closed off the parking lot adjacent to the centre so there’s essentially NO CLOSE BY PARKING. & a lot is just being wasted to deter supporters..no public restroom.have to use adjacent building .a great space but due to local politics it’s actually being misused for it’s potential to help the community as a whole
