I won't be using this service again. I used the Wash & Fold/Pick Up & Delivery service in November and one of my new sweaters was lost. It took them three weeks to even give me a call back and then I was offered store credit. I requested a refund and now, it has been almost a month and the refund still hasn't been processed. Wish I could give 0 stars honestly.

I have only had pick-up and delivery. They do a great and timely job with that. BUT what I really like is folding. Immensely helpful with big items. I have been using them for at least 2 years,

I had a terrible experience with Laundry City and cannot recommend their services. My mom’s clothes were supposedly delivered on Thursday, but no items were dropped off. We’ve contacted the company multiple times, hoping for assistance in locating her belongings, but they’ve been completely unhelpful and unresponsive.
Losing an entire bag of clothes is frustrating enough, but the lack of accountability and customer service has been even worse. If you value your belongings and expect decent service, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

I loved the pickup and delivery service that I received at the"Laundry City Laundromat" that is located on Moravia Rd., in Baltimore City. Ashley was attentive and very caring and professional in cleaning my two very heavy comforters. The service was a success and the comforters were very clean. Thank you Ashley and Mike for the excellent service. I plan to use your service again.

I signed up for laundry pick up/ drop off services for my grandparents. And Laundry City has been wonderful. They come on time every week and the communication should be a model for other businesses. I receive a phone call from the manager ( I assume) the morning of pickup and a text the day of drop off. The best thing is the 24 hour turnaround time! It would take me 5-7 business days to complete their laundry on my own lol.
