Juvix The Tech Guy

I have know Juvix since Jr High, always has been a stand up guy....even when he's sitting down. My phone needed a new screen, I had it back within a week and the cost was amazingly reasonable. Will definitely use him again in the future.

Excellent service provider! Installed an ethernet HDMI for my mounted TV. Perfect solution and couldn't ask for more quality service. Will definitely recommend and continue to use his services going forward.

They will fix your computer, but do not expect timely or quality customer service.
I was quoted 5-7 business days turnaround time for a USB connection problem with my laptop. After 2 weeks with no update, I called to check up - I was promised a phone call the next day, but didn't hear back. I called the next week - was told they were waiting for a part and they would call me back on Friday or Saturday. Never heard back. I ended up calling FOUR times for an update, always with a call back promised on a specific day, but never got a call back. This includes the last phone call, where I finally (politely) expressed my frustration with the poor communication and long time of service. This time I was told they would speak with the supervisor on my behalf, and would call me back that same day - which of course did not happen.
After all is said and done, it took them 6 weeks to fix my computer. Absolutely ridiculous. I guess to their credit, they gave me a $15 discount on labor?.. but with the poor customer service and huge inconvenience to me, as a small business owner, a $15 discount is disappointing and almost insulting.
They get 2 stars because they were always friendly and never rude with me over the phone, but my experience with them was not a good one.

Best repair experience I've had - they heard the issue and worked on it immediately, and I walked out 15 minutes later with a working computer. The positivity and can-do attitude was great. I wish I'd moved to Baltimore a month earlier, I've been without a computer too long.

I previously had very pleasant experiences here, but there’s a new guy who is killing their customer service experience. You come in, he doesn’t greet you, he takes phone calls mid conversation without excusing himself and he takes the calls with great annoyance. He groans and rolls his eyes as he answers the phone. He was very uninterested with my tech problem. I had to ask questions to figure out what was wrong with my device, and it felt like I was pulling teeth. He kept saying that they are very busy, but he looked everything but busy. I ended up just leaving. I wish Juvix himself was present as he’s always been very pleasant.
