Dr Campbell at Mercy Hospital is such a caring and amazing surgeon. His team is one of my he best I’ve ever meant. Ms Jackie Ennis, Nurse Amy, Lakisha all aided with my surgery on December 4th 2024. They showed comfort to me and my family members as if we knew them for years. If I ever had to receive any procedures again this would be my go to team. Dr Campbell even followed up after my procedure not 1 but 3 calls to check on me afterwards. He explained everything to me and my family as to care for my healing. He shared laughs and was just the ultimate number one doctor. I can’t thank him and his team enough because I was actually dreading this procedure and they helped me get over my fear and gain trust in their staff in record time. Best team ever I highly recommend him and his staff.

I had an appointment with Dr. John Campbell regarding the treatment of my left foot problem.
I have hammer toes, for which I underwent surgical treatment, almost 10 years ago, but which unfortunately did not correct my problem, and, over the course of the ensuing years, caused me to develop a recurrent callus on the sole of my foot, leading to severe pain, so after consulting my rheumatologist, I made an appointment, and saw Dr. Campbell at the Mercy Hospital Institute for the Reconstruction of Foot and Ankle, which, in view of my experience, was an excellent decision.
Dr. Campbell, at the time of my follow-up visit, reviewed my foot CT and explained in the greatest detail the procedure that would have to be done to correct my problem.
He also explained to me the convalescence following the procedure, and we agreed that I would consider all this before making a decision to proceed with the same.
I was most pleased with my visit with Dr. Campbell.
