I had two have two different attorneys who each quit on me. Citing my experience with them was really their inexperience and incompetence. Their lawyers are to me bias towards the plaintiff and show no real help for you. They impress on you that your chances are 50/50. Always wearing you down so you will feel defeated. That a tactic for you to an absurd vendetta settlement by the plaintiff. They are a waste of tax payers money. And should be closed.

I had the pleasure of having Tim Capurso taking over my car accident injury case during the negotiation phase with the insurance company. When he told me what the insurance company was offering at first, I honestly felt like he was as po’d as I was that they were trying to take advantage of me. It didn’t even cover my medical bills! He walked me through what his next steps were and told me that he wasn’t going to go back and fourth with them fighting over pennies. Finally, after a filed lawsuit and from what I understand a strongly worded email, they relented and settled on what my coverage was promised. I’m not making hands over fist money on my accident, just enough to cover my medical bills and the car we had to replace, but Tim fought with them as if I would. He even got my medical bills reduced substantially, and both Lawyers I worked with took huge pay cuts just so I’d see something out of this!
I will always be grateful for Tim Capurso and the Adam Smallow Law group for how hard they fought for me. They understand how insurance companies work, how they will walk all over you if you let them, and they worked hard to make my recovery as easy as possible. If you’re ever in an accident, always call a lawyer, and trust the process. It may take a while, but it’s better to have a team fighting in your corner when you come up against a multi billion dollar business no matter how big or small your claim may be. Update-I received 1 email from Mr. Schwartz, for me to call him, I have left several messages and sent several emails, ALL HAVE GONE UNANSWERED!
It truly hurts me to write this review, however Rene Kendall leaves me no choice. I have been a client of Bruce Ingerman since 2007. I have referred countless State Employees and civilians to this office over 17 years. Now I am being neglected by this firm. I was injured while working for the State of Maryland, I do receive an ILOD pension. I have been getting treatment for my injuries up Until 2023. My medical providers have been trying to get in contact with my paralegal Rene Kendall for over a year and Rene refuses to return my calls/emails as well as my providers call. Workers comp hasn’t paid any of my medical bills since 2021. Now I am receiving the bills. I don’t want to file a complaint with Bar Association, Maryland States Attorney or Workers comp commission however due to your continued neglect of my case I have no choice! I am suffering in pain every day due to no treatment. This is inhumane to treat your client like this! I am taking more pain medication, thinking of suicide because of the pain is unbearable. I don’t want to get addicted to the pain medication. I need my medical treatment desperately. My Doctor can’t see me, unless my lawyer calls them to ensure payment. Wow!!!! Where to start? I guess we can start off by saying I’ve been waiting 5 years for this law firm to settle an on the job accident claim!! Because of their incompetence I had to go back to see their doctor and get a second evaluation and I have pay for it. They will not keep you informed about your own case or return phone calls. I’ve turned on some co-workers and friends to this firm and now they are upset with me because the way they are being treated!! Will never recommend this firm to anyone again!! Think about this they are getting paid to treat us like this!!!!! Will keep you advised of outcome if there is one!!
