I have a yearly community calendar project I have been doing for more than 20 years - I have worked with several printers over the years giving them camera ready art and it was difficult and stressful. The first conversation I had with Karen at Full Sail Media was amazing, within 5 minutes of talking about the job she solved a problem I had been dealing with for years. I had repeatedly asked my previous printer if I could speak with their production dept. regarding this problem and was told I would be charged more than $100 for the conversation! Karen gave me a great price on the job, solved my problem and provided great customer service along the way. This year the job was so simple to complete and there was zero stress and on top of that, the quality of the printing is better than it has EVER been for this project.
