I regret starting care with Dr Gordon’s office, very unreliable, cannot get the PA Mary to call back or to call in prescriptions, in a timely fashion. It takes several calls to get test results or get any issue resolved , - I complained to Dr Gordon once about not being able to reach anyone or get a call back and he didn’t care and did not do anything- he is also a very odd Dr - I suffered for 2 days because one of the medical assistants put my super pubic tubing in to far , I had to make a 40 minute trip back to have it fixed - I would not recommend this office - no accountability, very hard to get messages, test results and prescriptions called in- find another dr

One of the kindest physicians out there. He truly cares about his patients and listens. His schedule can run behind because of the demand on his skills as well as the fact that he spends as much time as each patient needs. Do yourself a favor and don’t give up based on the staff or wait times because this guy is worth it!

This is one of the worst doctors office I’ve ever seen. Very hard to get ahold of. Was told to get a blood test and everything was good but one thing. No follow up. Had a follow up scheduled they decided to just get rid of it and without acknowledging me. Very unprofessional practice.
