5 stars is not nearly enough for the service provided. Never done this before so I was nervous/skeptical about the whole process. Danielle runs a very professional business but at the same time provides a very personal touch. Very reasonable pricing, and a quick turnaround for those last minute plans to insure your jewelry. Once it was complete, she walked me through the appraisal, what she’s looking for, and what she bases her value on. She is very qualified, and I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a jewelry appraisal. Thank you Danielle!

I received an appraisal for my engagement ring and wedding band. My engagement ring features a Tahitian black pearl so it is quite special (to me). Ms. Broussard was great with providing me information about appraisals on our initial call. She completed my appraisal in approximately 2 weeks. She is very knowledgeable about jewelry. She gave me suggestions on where to sell my rings, which is a bonus for me. She is good at what she does. The appraisal was reasonably priced. Our communication was through text and that was fine for me. She provided me with documentation, pictures, and a flash drive. You can keep in mind that this is my first appraisal so there are no others to compare with. However, I do recommend her.
