Little to no work was done on my claim–not even so much as a claim number from the insurance company. It appears that Robin, who was supposed to be handling my claim did nothing to request the video as there is no correspondence attached to the copy of my file that I requested nearly a month ago and just received via email yesterday. (which may or may not even be the complete file, but apparently, Robin was out of the office and the assistant can’t view her emails) I never received one call, letter, or anything that would show any significant attempts to having my case resolved. I’ve worked as a PI paralegal and understand how cases are to be handled. There’s no proof of any of that in the documents I’ve reviewed. Customer service is piss poor.
