The drivers are very rude. This cab was blocking an parking lot entrance at the Sam’s Club on route 40. As I attempted to turn into the lot this cab was blocking the entrance. I honked to get their attention and the woman just looked up at me while eating and ignored me. I had to squeeze around her while worrying about hitting the car. Completely unnecessary and a hazard. If I ever needed a cab I definitely wouldn’t use them. FYI this lady was not using them for a ride.

Great service, the only cab that came quickly on Christmas day, all others at least 2 hours, minimum wait time. My cab driver was very courteous and professional!!

Not sure why the poor ratings, they did great by me! I called ahead (about 3hrs early) and reserved a cab. I got a text message confirming my pickup time/location and they called me to let me know when the driver was on his way. They even called when he was 1 minute out so that I could be ready; perfectly punctual. The driver was kind and polite. I will absolutely save their number in my contacts and use them again.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. Had me. Waiting for taxi access from 3:26 pm until 7 pm April 26, 2022 kept saying no cabs available in area in Pikeville . Doctor's office had closed and It was raining. They kept saying if I waited another 30 minutes the would get me one. Never did I called Lyft who came in 2 minutes. I will NEVER utilize that Baltimore CountyTaxi cab again &am going to report them to appropriate authorities. Terrible is putting it mildly. They are awful. Boycott that Company. Unacceptable liars .
