City Builders did an amazing job and Roger stayed in contact with me through the whole process. His over 40 years experience in the industry shows with the quality of work and attention to detail that his teams put into their job. The customer service is top notch. Although I know I wasn't City Builders only client Roger and his team made me feel like I was every step of the way. I've used other roofing companies I used in the past and I had to beg for pictures of the work. I didn't have to ask for pictures at the end of the job. Roger just sent them to me. Take this Baltimore Realtor's word for it, if you need any roofing work done, don't hesitate to use city builders.

Towards the end of last summer I had my Patterson Park rowhouse roof replaced by Roger’s team. They were efficient and left the space to the front and back of my house very clean upon leaving. There was a crack in the skylight that was initially installed, but I contacted Roger and he quickly had a new one ordered and installed. I really appreciate and respect this type of customer service. I will continue to suggest his company to my neighbors.

We could not have been happier. Roger was really knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, and did a great job with our home. Due to the weather and our holiday season travels it was hard to find a time, but once it cleared up the City Builder team quickly came and took care of the project.
I also had the pleasure of working with his son, Josh, who was the project manager. He was very professional and did a great job on the day of the replacement.
