The staff is always pleasant, courteous and they greet you whenever you pass them. It's always a welcoming atmosphere and everyone there treats you like a family. Very concerned. Open to all questions and very patient. You don't feel rushed at any of the stages of the appointment and Dr. Newman is the greatest always upbeat. Always positive are around him. I just love the relationship he has with his patience. My husband loves him and thinks he's the greatest. So thank you all for making us feel welcome during this difficult time we've been through. Arriving at Chesapeake Urology today was Phenomenal. The Receptionist area was very welcoming, clean, and pleasant women who honestly want to work. The NURSE who assist me in the back he was professional, gentle and kind. Dr. Newman is high energy, compassion, and knowledge. What I loved about this office is the High EFFICIENCY OF TECHNOLOGY. Wow what a treat not to have to go somewhere else.
