Additionally, the front desk staff were professional and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Charm City has much to be desired. In all of my interactions (for myself and my daughter), the majority of the team has lacked true professionalism. They do not employ qualified team members who understand the important of great customer service. The atmosphere is certainly not conducive to "warm and welcoming" and not even the team in management has the ability to provide friendly engagement with consumers. What should be understood is that people have options and can choose to spend their money and business elsewhere. Do better, not everyone you service is in that immediate catchment area and travel a distance to patronize your business. Your attitude should reflect respect and appreciation for all.

Charm City Optical Center has grown to be my everything Optical Hub. We are practically family as within the next year and half - we’ll share 30 years of vision support and customer service of these eyes of mine. 10th grade my Mom brought me in for follow stigma issue, that’s when I met my Optical Mom, her caring family, and warm staff. From Dr.’s to technicians who are now helping my children with appointments and awesome selection choices. I really love the private boutique and one-on-one experiences as they offer very much attention to detail; though many people come through the doors each day. I Love my Charm City family, my glasses, and the staff are gorgeous beautiful people (really). I always get compliments and people ask me “where did you get those frames?” Mrs. ILA and Boss Husband has laid a firm foundation and Lana will lead the future of high quality vision services at Charm City Optical. I love their Dita, Fred, and Hearts and Crosses selections for my face shape. The machines of system operations are A1!

Charm City Optical is the only place that I’ve dealt with to get my glasses over the past 7 years. They are really knowledgeable and helpful with picking out the right pair of glasses for their customers. The staff is always very helpful and attentive to my needs and concerns.If you haven’t been you need to make your way there so you can see what it’s all about for yourself .
