I recently had the pleasure of using the BWI AIRPORT SEDAN & SHUTTLE SERVICE, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing ride to my destination. The driver was not only punctual but also very professional, making the journey feel seamless.

What stood out the most was the level of customer service provided. I felt valued as a customer, and the attention to detail was impressive. Overall, I would highly recommend this service for anyone traveling to or from BWI airport for a stress-free experience.

First off, they lied to me about taking any credit card and wanted cash only. The driver was speeding through traffic which made me feel uncomfortable and not safe. The driver dropped me off at my hotel and demanded I pay cash even though they can take card. The driver was not professional about it and the accepted credit cards was displayed on their window. The driver then said why I haven't taken a shuttle to the hotel. I've never been to this ariport before and I don't know where everything is at. Seems like he wanted to be lazy and do nothing. Next time I'm in Baltimore, I'm taking an Uber to my next location.

We used the service on arrival at BWI. All went well. On our outbound trip we made a reservation for Sunday at 4:45 PM. We requested our original driver. At 4:45 Sunday with a flight to catch at BWI, no car showed, we called repeatedly. No one answered the phone. We were stuck as no Uber available at that hour and local taxi was 1-1.25 hours out. We resolved on our own and got to the airport.
When booking car services, make sure that you have one that answers their phone and shows up. THIS SERVICE DID NEITHER I’d give 0 stars if possible.

DO NOT USE Super shuttle express. Picked up from our home to BWI airport. Company charged a tip of over $8 in advance for the driver which was fine except once at airport driver demanded $10 cash tip in person to release luggage. He stated company does not pay drivers tips. Total Con job. But we paid to prevent fight and not to miss flight. Reported but company has not responded to date.

No meter and no working credit card reader. 20$ cash for the short trip to Embassy Suites. Next time we will be taking an Uber.
