I had the pleasure of having Tim Capurso taking over my car accident injury case during the negotiation phase with the insurance company. When he told me what the insurance company was offering at first, I honestly felt like he was as po’d as I was that they were trying to take advantage of me. It didn’t even cover my medical bills! He walked me through what his next steps were and told me that he wasn’t going to go back and fourth with them fighting over pennies. Finally, after a filed lawsuit and from what I understand a strongly worded email, they relented and settled on what my coverage was promised. I’m not making hands over fist money on my accident, just enough to cover my medical bills and the car we had to replace, but Tim fought with them as if I would. He even got my medical bills reduced substantially, and both Lawyers I worked with took huge pay cuts just so I’d see something out of this!
