I was greeted by a friendly young woman behind the reception desk. Didn't have to wait but a couple minutes for my appt time with Kara, my nurse. She was professional and patient (as always) as I spoke of some concerns. She addressed all my questions. The procedure only took a few minutes and I was walking out the door. I've been going to Belcara for several years and have always had exceptional care and service. Highly recommend!
