Abacus Security don’t care about you . They will work you too death for those pennies. Don’t get sick or have a courtdate it’s not important to them.. you have to go through so much just to call out or get a day off. All the supervisors is lazy and thinks about themselves. I thank Abacus for allowing me to return to the job I had retired from in 2016. It’s a wonderful place to work for. I wish they gave out vacation pay. What got me is that, I came to work everyday. There’s going to be times when an employee is late to work. The thing to do is called to be responsible. Why would me holding myself accountable and calling, will have them acting passive aggressive towards me??

I sent a text to Racheal’s work number, her response was wrong number. I called the office and got ignored twice. Called from my other phone and boom what do you know….. they answered!!!

They even asked the job what kind of employee I was ( I guess to get rid of me.) So I took up upon myself to quit and now working for a job that pays more. Watch out for these people.

Here I am once again writing a review about this company. Worst temp agency ever and I’ve seen a few. This company tells you about jobs and then you can no longer get in contact with their recruiter. I’ve talked to at least 3 different people at this company( who did nothing but make excuses for the last one with no results, just a bunch of empty promises. Like yesterday someone left their email for me to contact them. I sent an email asking them how can we make everything all right and to no surprise I got no response AGAIN! So
like always , someone from the company will probably add a response to this review,so potential candidates don’t be fooled. They only respond to reviews to make themselves look good. Behind the scenes they do nothing. seems to be alot of half decent reviews, but not from people of color.

This temporary company I been with for 2 years and I have felt like this the whole time… A lot of shady business going on. No direct deposit only paper checks and some of the time checks bounce trying to put them in your banks. My taxes was definitely not accurate the years I worked and etc………..the staff fake but they like who they like. No jobs most of the time. I went earlier today, it says they are open at 8 I went around 10. I was really looking forward to speaking with someone. I didn’t know you had to get buzzed up to the suite, someone let me in that was from a different unit. I went up everything was locked. So maybe it’s due to the upcoming holidays. I just wish there was a number to call to get in contact.

I don’t want to delete my first review but I can’t make a second one so this is my update. I called the number four times the first time they gave me a recruiter‘s number and the name of the recruiter, I called that number it did not work the second time I called , I got a new number to call. It was to a whole different business that had no affiliation with Randstad. The third time I called I was on the phone for about 20 minutes on hold, then a guy answered and I gave him my information (he asked for my address, which was very weird when prior to no one else ask for my address, and I told him that )he then hung up on me. I called one last time, I waited for about 20 minutes again no one answered so I did the call back. They called, I gave them my information and someone hung up again.

If this is the way the customer service is with a new hire I don’t even want to work with this company or be affiliated with you all
