I have a yearly community calendar project I have been doing for more than 20 years – I have worked with several printers over the years giving them camera ready art and it was difficult and stressful. The first conversation I had with Karen at Full Sail Media was amazing, within 5 minutes of talking about the job she solved a problem I had been dealing with for years. I had repeatedly asked my previous printer if I could speak with their production dept. regarding this problem and was told I would be charged more than $100 for the conversation! Karen gave me a great price on the job, solved my problem and provided great customer service along the way. This year the job was so simple to complete and there was zero stress and on top of that, the quality of the printing is better than it has EVER been for this project. First things first, I had an interview with them back in December of last month and the marketing director and head of operations didn’t even show up to the zoom interview. I was able to get a second interview from the marketing director and I highlighted my experiences in marketing for a digital marketing internship. The interview went well to where the marketing director told me that he needed the help with his clients and even told me ” okay you have some experience and not just some person off the street with none”. I felt like I was going to get it. Long story short the lady name Jessica from operations sent me an email saying they were maxed out of interns and could give me the position. I was confused because they told me they needed help. I found out recently they hired another person not to long after me when she told me they weren’t having anymore interns until the fall. That was unprofessional, disgusting, and dishonest on their part. At this point I definitely dodge a bullet with this company.

Brian is the best teacher ever. He started our sessions asking if I had questions from our last session, constructive critiques of my last week posts, what we were going to learn this session, then he would get into the lesson, followed by notes emailed to me to use as a guide the upcoming week. His notes were color coded to help me “see” what he had talked about, very detailed. This allowed me to pay attention to what he was teaching and not worry about notes!
