bay management did nothing for over a year, I’ve had mice for over a year. I begged and pleaded for months and yall did nothing. And the solutions are really all very half baked and recent:
I should have had dry wall in my basement before I ever moved in. He did not seal any crawl spaces, he put up dry wall. Why would he need to do that? You guys let me move into a completely unfinished home which is why the issue got this bad. Let’s be real. And how is dry wall stopping mice?! You were supposed to pour concrete to fill holes. It wasn’t done. Supposed to pull things out and properly look for entry holes. It wasn’t done. Supposed to properly check if anything was nesting in my back yard or in my garage. Nothing.
Im glad youre suddenly aware how hard it can be to get mice out of a property like this. My first report was April 2023 (picture added to show initial maintenance request, I was denied help) You said it was on me and forced me to pay for exterminators out of pocket until even the exterminators said THEY CANT DO ANYTHING UNTIL YOU DO.
It’s a full blown infestation cause I complained for months and was ignored for months until they took over the house. Probably would be easier had I received help last year. I’m not sure why we’re looking into blaming neighbors when we haven’t done everything we can do to stop them from being able to enter to property I’m renting. Why not address entry points first?
There’s no way it should still be ongoing if you guys actually cared to help me when it started. If you knew I had a consistent issue for over a year, why has nobody reached out to try and offer other solutions? If we’ve known the property isn’t structurally sound and has a rodent infestation for months, is there nothing else the company can do for me at all? Like I said there’s a general nonchalance and that’s why this issue is still ongoing. I paid 1500 a month to have a mice and RAT infestation cause city rats were in my house and you guys still didn’t help me. Orkin did. For over a year. And still no sense of urgency from anybody. It’s really sad. You guys just started helping recently, and we know what changed recently.
My property manager doesn’t reach out to me until I find a new mouse or a new fly infestation and send her pictures and essays pleading and she can’t ignore me anymore. There is never any update, unless I reach out first. Throughout all of this, the only consistent thing I have gotten is rent reminders. Will anybody reach out knowing this has what’s been happening for over a year? I sent her a mouse in my trash can and she left the office and told nobody to reach out to me. For weeks. And nobody else will speak to me except through google review. Why?
I rented with this company before, and had a good experience. I came back, but to a single dwelling and it’s been hell on earth since. I’m not sure if it’s the landlord dragging their feet or what the issue is, but nobody seems to want to help me.
I’ve had a SEVERE rodent infestation for a little over a year. When I first told the company, they told me it was on me. So I’ve always paid for exterminator for a little over a year. They managed it but it keeps getting worse to the point I can’t cook or have any food in my house. The exterminator finally told me that there’s nothing they can do until things are done to the structure of the house. Mice and rats will keep getting in.
It took over a year for you guys to even send pest control. You send an inspection team to look at things and they were shocked and appalled you hadn’t helped me with any sort of pest control yet. Orkin is shocked too. Everybody is so shocked that you guys do nothing and yet you continue to do nothing.
Now I’m being threatened with eviction, when I’ve never even paid rent late before. It was a last resort. They wouldn’t even send anybody or look my way until I withheld money. I’m adding pictures to show what I’ve been going through for months. I truly hope somebody reaches out to make it right . If not I’ll see yall in court but at least I tried.

Frist time working the Preakness and it was awesome. I met a lot of wonderful people. The guest were superbly dressed and the view was spectacular. Pictures are from tours of Pimlico. I’ll be back next year for the 150th run. Come join me there is so much to do. Eat, dance, shop, bet on horses, listen to music, watch live entertainment, meet beautiful people dressed to impress ( The hats were so beautiful, colorful and different; one of a kind display of art). You can vist the stables and tour the track to see horses walk and get bathed. It is truly an amazing experience.

I truly enjoyed myself at Black Eyed Susan Day. The atmosphere was great. They help you learn how to place bets, collect wins and the networking among successful and likeminded people are endless. The food and drink menus depend on what sections you’re in from okay to delicious, so don’t cheat yourself by being cheap you’re paying for the experience. It was an awesome event. I definitely recommend to go if you’ve never been.

The Baltimore Visitor Center is fantastic! The building is beautifully designed, with a cozy heated interior and stunning views of the harbor—perfect for a quick stop to relax and plan your day. They even have courtesy WiFi.

First things first, I had an interview with them back in December of last month and the marketing director and head of operations didn’t even show up to the zoom interview. I was confused because they told me they needed help. I found out recently they hired another person not to long after me when she told me they weren’t having anymore interns until the fall. That was unprofessional, disgusting, and dishonest on their part. At this point I definitely dodge a bullet with this company.

I have nothing but positive things to say about our recent experience with Urban Pirates. All too often as parents, outings with our kids fall into a derivative pattern of playground, park, or playground-disguised-as-a-museum. Getting out onto Baltimore Harbor with Urban Pirates was a true adventure. The actors were committed to their roles and kept the children rapt and engaged. I highly encourage parents to consider an Urban Pirates cruise whenever visiting Baltimore!

This was a really cute experience for kids and a nice way to see Baltimore! The pirates themselves were really fun and interactive. We had toddlers and infants with us, and though they were a little intimidated to join for the activities they still told us, “that was so fun!” when we were leaving! They especially loved choosing treasure from the treasure chest 🙂 Strollers are permitted and I do recommend bringing them if you have little ones as there is not a ton of shade and the seating doesn’t all have backs. There is a restroom on board and a smaller shaded area. I don’t think any food or drinks are available once you’re on the ship but they have water available for purchase prior to boarding. You spend about 30 minutes of boarding activities then probably 45 minutes or so cruising on the water. The pirates aboard have activities the whole family can do (pass the coconut, limbo, etc) but you don’t have to partake if that’s not your style. On a Saturday, finding parking was a little tricky so I’d recommend giving yourself at least 20 minutes to find parking and walk to the boat. Overall, a fun and cute way to show your kids Baltimore!
