I highly recommend Abbott Brothers. My experience with them was excellent from initial service inquiry to job completion. The customer service was impeccable in addition to their second to none mechanical expertise. Abbott Brothers go the extra mile to ensure quality service at a competitive price.

I had an aging water heater that started to leak and knew it was time for a replacement. I reached out to Abbott for a free estimate online. Within an hour Mike reached out to me and was able to give me an estimate for work to be done. I told him I would still get another estimate or two for my sake, he was very understanding about it. After checking around, Abbott had the best pricing and best warranty. I reached back out to Mike to continue with the estimate and was able to schedule next day. Next day, Dalton and one other gentleman came and were able to swap my out WH out with a new one with no problem. Excellent service all around and definitely recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about Abbott Brothers Plumbing & Heating, and especially about Mike Soper and Dalton Blackburn. Our experience with them was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. We found ourselves in a real bind when our sink was completely unusable do to 20 years of eggshells and everything else you can imagine going down the pipes creating an unbelievably large backup. We were given the runaround by our home warranty company, American Home Shield. They sent out a contractor who, in just 10 minutes, claimed there was nothing that could be done. The contractor even mentioned that he used to work for Abbott Brothers and highly recommended we call Mike directly because he was such a great guy. That was around 3:00 pm on Monday, and by 3:30 pm, I had already called Mike.
Mike, the owner of Abbott Brothers, was incredibly responsive and said he'd be over by 6:00 pm to give us a quote. To our surprise, the quote he gave us was way more reasonable than we expected—way less than what we thought we'd be paying for such a big job. We accepted the quote that same night, and the very next day, Tuesday, Dalton was here at 8:30 am to get to work.
Dalton, at just 25 years old, absolutely blew us away with his professionalism, work ethic, and expertise. This young man worked tirelessly from morning until 4:00 pm, replacing all of our pipes and completely solving our problem. He was respectful, meticulous, and clean, taking great care to ensure everything was done to perfection. His knowledge and skill set were truly beyond his years—he worked with the expertise of someone who had been in the business for 25+ years!
The entire experience was nothing short of amazing. Not only did they solve our plumbing issue efficiently, but the customer service was exceptional. Mike truly cares about his customers and wants to help them solve their problems. Abbott Brothers was fantastic! They were quick to provide pricing for a new hybrid heat pump water heater and also quick to schedule the work. Dalton and Keith came to do the installation and their work was clean and professional. Happy with the work they did and hoping there will be no problems with the A. O. Smith water heater!

Martin and Solomon came out to unclog our pipes. Martin took one look at how our basement toilet was backing up from all of the house water and immediately took action. First, he explained why and what it would take to fix it. Next, he gave me a range in cost, based on everything they were going to do. Finally, he kept me updated throughout the entire process. Long story short, they resolved the issue, and unclogged our pipe, which was started outside of the house almost to the county line, and was causing backup into our home. He also explained how a valve was installed that prevented back up going throughout the house, which is why it backed up in the basement, and that the manufacturer could have installed a valve to prevent it from backing up in the home in the first place. All this to say, Martin was extremely professional, a pleasure to work with, and had excellent customer service skills. Out family is grateful for Abbott Brothers Plumbing and Heating, and will be using them again for any future plumbing needs.
