I’ve never been treated so good in Mondawmin before in my 29 years of living. Every time i go into footlocker the staff is extremely nice and helpful, they make me want to purchase all of my shoes from this location. I went in for a return and ended up doing an exchange because of how great the salesman was, so many staff members asked me if i needed help while i was in the store and when i left, nearly everybody told me to have a great day. 10/10 experience, i couldn’t believe it.

I was having a bad day, until i walked in. I must say this is one of the best locations, thus far. When you enter, they greet you and make you feel welcome. Kay is very pleasant and welcoming, with a smile. You can see it in her eyes, even with a mask on. James was also very pleasant and welcoming. Jordan and Drew made sure i got what i needed without a problem. They didn’t have a problem with checking to make sure the item was in stock. This team is awesome!!! The store is nice and clean, you can find everything without a problem. Love it!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!
