Xfinity Store by Comcast

I visited this store a couple weeks ago to return a cable box for a friend, I also thought about upgrading my phone. The employee that greeted me when I first entered the store was very pleasant and professional. London was the associate that assisted me with returning the cable box. I wasn’t sure whether I would purchase a phone that day, however, London made that decision easy, she was very knowledgeable about the products and the discounts that were available to me. My upgrade was done seamlessly, no problems at all. During my transaction, this obnoxious customer approached London, he ask her name and then proceeded to tell her that he been there three times and his phone still did not work. She very calmly and politely replied that once she was finished with me that she would assist him. He did not want to wait so he found another associate to assist him, he then approached London a second time to inform her of this and to let her know that he still also needed her assistance. Once again she replied to him calmly and politely even though he was quite rude. The customer service that I received from her was excellent and the way she handled that extremely difficult customer was quite impressive.

Was pretty crowded when I came in, I was just swapping out equipment. I got in line to wait my turn and one of the associates asked what was the purpose of visit, I told her I was just exchanging some equipment and she directed me to a kiosk and swapped my equipment right there. Awesome job from an awesome team.

To get a remote is easy,but don't call to get in touch with a live person,they put that dummy(recording) on every time. I am also tired of sending a link. Real Person Please!!! ROKO is taking over. Treat us like real people like you get our real money.

The wait is long. Please be prepared to wait for an hour before anyone helps you. Other than the wait, my visits here are usually pleasant. If you are going in to sign up for internet my advice is to check online deals first, they're charging a $25 special for internet that you purchase online and $45 is the lowest price they would provide me in the store. I will be doing all of my business online from now on.

Fast easy pick up and drop off, you can check out the new products. It’s set up like a lounge it always looks and smells nice in there
