I got married in October and needed a dress within 2 weeks. I can’t remember my stylist name but she is part time, short black women, with an amazing personality. I was nervous being plus size but she related and made me feel at ease. Wonderful store and great staff all around from sales to alterations.

Maria V is one of the best associates! She really enjoys her job and is honest and helpful. It was a joy working with her and she was quickly able to figure out what type of dress that I preferred most. She is also generally very personable and kind person. She was kind enough to ask my budget to get an idea of what dresses to bring. When I continue to search for my dress I will definitely plan to have her be my stylist. Thank you Maria!!!

I ordered my dress online through Birdy Gray originally, but only left myself a week and a half for Alterations. When I showed up, I was served quickly at Alterations both times for the initial fitting and for the final fitting. I did have to pay a rush fee since I dropped off and picked up within 1 week, but I will definitely be coming back for any alterations need as the staff was very helpful and polite. Thanks for such a positive experience!
