If I could give this company no stars I would very unprofessional ,very delayed ,very mis informative lack of costumer service skills and the list goes on and on I decided to treat myself to a new bedroom set after 10 years and why oh why did I choose here . They were ok when it came to items being picked but once it came to delivery the items I had to wait out a week later to receive my new bedroom set I never was told in store they don’t assemble your Funiture once it’s delivered . I found out once they delivered the items they couldn’t. they couldn’t get all the Funiture up the stairs while in boxes and claim they didn’t have time for me to open the boxes for them to take the items up out the boxes . so they left my head board down stairs in my living room area ,I found out only once they got to my home that my two night stands were on back order and i had to wait an addition week to receive those only to receive those the following Wednesday (that I had to call off work for ) cause they didn’t have a Monday available when I was actually scheduled off . The drivers delivered the items weds morning literally drop the items off to the designated area and stormed out of my home . as soon as I locked the door of my home I went in my room to unwrap the night stands to discover both were shattered and broken . I called the driver back and he told me he couldn’t come back to pick the items up he wasn’t in the area anymore after literally just leaving my home not even 5 mins later . I’ve been contacting them for a week now trying to get these items replaced or my funds back and no one has reached back out .they keep saying the costumer service manager Melody will call me back and she hasn’t , I emailed the Company ,called the company ,even text the costumer service number and haven’t heard back anything . I was giving wrong information in regards to the first email from one of the store members there . I truly regret going here and wish i would’ve stuck to value city on mountain road for all my Funiture needs pictures below of the Funiture I’m left with after kicking out lots of money to this Bussiness.

Honestly, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future! Out of all the negative things people have said about this company over the years I could never relate to them until now. I ordered furniture on 4/12/24 which included a dining room set that was delivered on 4/17/24. I wasn’t notified beforehand that the set I picked had chairs on back order until the delivery team told me during the delivery of my furniture….SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Here it is I’m thinking back order means the chairs are coming within a few days like approximately the following week however it’s June 30th and still no chairs like can you believe it?! well I can’t either. To add insult to injury the same chairs are right on Amazon and are available for delivery within days! You would’ve thought that maybe they would have ordered me some from there since I’ve waited so long but that’s too much like right, I guess smh. I have called the store multiple times they have even called the warehouse and all I have gotten are a bunch of false promises such as delivery dates, speaking with a general manager as well as getting a refund and still nothing. I have a dining room table sitting in my dining room with no chairs. I do not recommend doing business with this company because they do not value their customers well enough for me. Never Again.

What a place to go!
This is a rarity to find such an incredible shop of used goods – and not your average kind. This is very much a store for building a place and unless you’re a contractor, going in with a plan of a specific item won’t render much success I’d imagine.
They’ve got so much and prices are reduced the longer it sits at the warehouse.
Lots of crap too. Be willing to spend good time here and in the mood for a hunt!!!

I gotta call this department and that department instead of headquarters taking the entire order and reprocessing the damaged and mismatched furniture they only provided the exchange for damaged furniture what about this mismatched dresser that doesn’t match my bedroom set! He took us right to a few options. Was quick to answer questions in color choices etc, even when one didn’t list the color we preferred on the sign. I waited 45 minutes for someone to come and help me, but no one ever came. I spoke to at least 5 employees – 1 who cut me off before I could say, “Can you help…” No, she couldn’t help me. I came to this store because it said they had 2 sim kits for Tracfones. I couldn’t find them anywhere. I dug through random boxes that were strewn about the department. The Asset Protection guy passed me three times… but never said anything to me. I don’t know if I was supposed to look through those boxes, but in the end, I never found the damn thing, and nobody bothered to come. I just took 2.4 seconds to find and purchase it on Amazon.

I found the staff, particularly Michelle, very helpful and knowledgeable. Due to the unusual shape and small size of my room, it was difficult to find a new sofa and coffee table. She helped me find a beautiful sectional that fit perfectly in the room and pre-measured the area to set my mind at ease while I waited for delivery. If it didn’t fit, they guaranteed that they would take it back and return my down payment in full.

This review is about the company and their customer service, not about this location. The customer service is probably the worst I have encountered to date. We ordered a loft bed. Initial delivery date was postponed by the company for a few weeks. When it was finally delivered and installed, the crew left numerous deep scratches on the pillars. I reached out to the customer service via email. At night, we realized that they did not install the ladder properly; there are several missing screws. As such, the ladder is swinging back and forth, and it’s not safe for a child to climb on. I reached out again to the customer service. Today is day 14 from the installation, and the issue has not been resolved. Every time I reach out, I encounter a different customer service representative, and they provide conflicting information. I cannot get a supervisor on the phone. I have spent so much time on the phone and email to resolve an issue that was caused by their team due to lack of attention and proper installation. All I have heard is that they are “sorry for the inconvenience” and that they “take the safety of our children very seriously.” Yet, at day 14, we still have not received the missing screws to stabilize the ladder, and no one has addressed the scratches. I guess, this is their way of wearing down the customers; so, we give up and never call again.

Purchased very expensive couch in May. Not to be delivered until August (*update, it is now November 21 and still no couch. They seem to have lost it after not being able to deliver 3 times due to missing pieces or manufacturing defects in one of the pieces). The person selling us the couch told us they would not charge us until within a couple of weeks of delivery. This was a blatant lie (fraud). They charged us immediately. I spoke to corporate several times and they were unable to resolve this stating that they had to pay the manufacturer they were importing it from. This is very different than their marketing materials showing American workers hand making furniture. The store lied to make a sale when we were on the fence about waiting that long for delivery. This place is an overpriced front for illegal business practices with zero customer service trying to pretend it’s positioned to sell high quality furniture to high paying customers.

Bought a couch in March 2024. 3 weeks later, order got cancelled because item is no longer available – 3 weeks to figure that out.
Order was replaced 3 weeks later with more delays in delivery despite a promise that it will be delivered 2 weeks prior to window as a priority order.
Finally, got a phone call that order is ready to be delivered. On day of delivery, we find out it is only half a couch that we get. There is no clear answer from customer service why the other half was delivered to another completely different state, and no estimation of new delivery.
For 3 months, I have spent most of my days with west elm customer service. Absolutely unacceptable for such a simple request from a furniture store. I have had to literally hold their hand every step of the way.
If product is available in store, go for it. If not, absolutely do not recommend.

We had a beautiful coffee table made by him 16 years ago from an ornemental iron railing. Today we just purchased a 100 year old plant stand that Ben will refinish and add a glass top. Fell in love with a couch and he would not sell it to us unless we bought the second couch with it which was another $800. Told us it was “too hard to sell separately” when we were basically buying the single couch separately producing that it wouldn’t be that difficult. Would not return.

UPDATED REVIEW 09/14/2021. I still don’t have my furniture that I ordered on July 4th., 2021. I am now being told that it won’t arrive until Nov. 15th, which is unacceptable. The manager Wei is not in the store and Sheila is not very knowledgeable. I will update the review again as necessary . FIRST REVIEW:I like the place, pretty good prices and some name brand products, couch in photo is Signature by Ashley’s. All products are not well made though. The sales team is attentive without being intrusive, good prices and parking.

Stay far away from this place.That Chinese lady who works there must’ve really thought I had CASH COW WRITTEN ON MY FOREHEAD!!!! I told her I was looking for a living room set she kept saying I had to buy sofa and love seat separate.Then tried to charge me 1,300 for a king bed room set then buy wanted to try and charge me for the box spring and mattress separately.So I told her let’s work out a deal and she flew off the handle yelling!!!Walked out and won’t be back!!!!Shady business 2/25/24 I went somewhere else and got king bedroom set with box spring and mattress along with a nice living room set for 2,000 flat and they gave me free delivery!!!
