MVS Podiatry Associates - MedStar Good Samaritan

I've been to a number of different podiatrists over the decades and now I am happy to have found Dr. Mumtaz. He is excellent and I can't believe I put off seeing someone for over a year. What a relief to have one that really made a difference for me. Also appreciated his helpful staff.

Dr. Terry is one of the best Podiatrist there is. He does excellent work. He is kind and compassionate. I've had him forever and would not let anyone else work on my feet. I'm completely satisfied with him and his staff is # 1 as well! I would recommen them to anyone.

My doctor did not listen to me because he was too busy assuming that I was just like every other patient. He assumed I wanted my toenails cut without even ask me. Then when I stated that it was still summertime and I like to wear sandals so I don't need them cut, he said "ok' and proceeded to use a drill instead, which hurt my nails and toes because it was too rough. So I told him that, that was enough.
My appointment was to get both help and suggestions for the neuropathy that I am experiencing from chemotherapy, following Breast Cancer. After clipping my nails, he was going to leave one of them very sharp and pointing to one side because he only cut one side of the toenail that was lifting. It was lifting due to both chemo and a previous ingrown toenail removal procedure. I had to ask him to cut the other side to even it out and to prevent me from stabbing myself with it. Then I told him that I could do the rest myself, at home, with an Emory Board.
On a positive note, he did give me two suggestion for oral medication that I had not tried yet. He also suggested that I talk to my Oncologist first.
Never say Never, but I don't thing I will be going back because I felt that it was too much like a business appointment and not a "healthcare" appointment.

This is my 2nd visit. Everything was beautiful. Dr. Mumtaz is the best. He's very people-friendly. He always open to questions. I would highly recommend him. His work is excellent.

I would like to thank Dr Terry for his amazing work that he done on my bunion surgery not only is this my second surgery he have done for me . When I knew I was having trouble with my foot again I didn't hesitate calling his office to make appointment . to get my bunion taken care of. I recommend this man Highly for any foot care you may need. Not only do he do a spectacular job . he takes time and answer your questions and concerns and needs. he never rushes through anything he do for you he is the best that Baltimore could ever ask for thank you again DR KEVIN TERRY, DPM.
