Doctors of Optometry - The Can Company

This is a great place for an experience. The team is really amazing. I like how they are interactive with you. The place has really cool, friendly, and fun people who just enjoy giving you the experience time of your life. My daughter enjoyed herself with the suggestions on the glasses. I do have to go back to pick up her glasses. Go here and enjoy yourself with the team that is there! You won’t be disappointed!

Everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with from the security right down to check out was amazing. Extremely nice clean professional kind and patient. The dr was very professional and explained everything in detail. The ladies at checkout were phenomenal and ever so patient. The entire visit was fast efficient and overall in a word awesome.
UPDATE: I just went in yesterday for another exam to make sure my prescription is correct and had the worst experience ever with a “Dr” Dr Klein extremely rude kept asking me questions and when I would attempt to respond he would ignorantly cut me off. During exam he asked which was better to me 1 or 2? (We were on 2) I said yea that’s better…meaning 2 he said yea what? That isn’t the question I asked you. I said you did you asked me to pick 1 or 2 I said yea 2 is better he responds with well I never said one of the answered is a “yea”. He then is asking ME we’ll do you just want the top of the lens with no prescription and keep the bottom the same (I am wearing progressive that he told me the first time I needed and have stigmatizams in both eyes, so I’m asking him “in your professional opinion you being the Dr what do you think is best for me?” He then gets highly irritated and tells me he’s done go to the front and one of the girls will help you. Wry rude dismissive and thought he could speak to me (48) years old like I was a 3 year old child and was only excepting answers in the exact manner he was asking for them in. Very disrespectful. Do I’m assuming he has an issue with being asked a NORMAL question example if your at an oncologist they give you 2 options I would ask their opinion on both because they are the Dr they are more informed and familiar with this type of stuff. The girls in the front are all extremely nice and helpful. I will be going back to pick my new glasses up when they come in but that will be last experience with them. Unfortunately because the rest of the staff are amazing it’s just the Dr that has a problem.

Very welcoming! I waited maybe 5 mins and I went back for my appointment. Jazmin was very helpful and picked some frames for me to try on. Jazmin really helped and explained the benefits with each lens. I can't wait for my glasses!

My visit was great. My pre-exam person was super kind, the doctor was extremely informative, my new contacts are incredibly confortable. However, the best part was the amazing service Celina offered me at check-out. She was super kind and personable and helped me understand the contact ordering process extremely well, 10/10 customer service!
